I love tease to go, but this location always has me in a bittersweet mood. For months, I drink the blue crush soda and asked every single time if it was sugar-free and they told me yes until I found out that it is not sugar-free!2nd they never answer the phones and the customer service could be a tiny bit better. The other locations are super nice and bubbly, and I feel like happy to spend six dollars on a drink? So I totally recommend to go, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this location

I absolutely love the Tea2Go brand but this location is lacking. Most times the service is friendly. A few times in between employees don’t listen when I request light ice and fill the cup to the top with ice. I’m not paying $6 for a large cup of ice. I don’t have this problem at every location, but almost every time at this one. Otherwise drinks are delicious and the energy drinks give me energy like advertised.

Hardly tasted like coconut or tea much more with sugar in it. To simply put it, it’s like drinking ice cold water and nothing else. Also, they advertised it for 2.69$/44 oz yet they charge 6.83 for 2 which is a 1$ more even with taxes included.

Would be great if y'all could make the energy drinks with just stevia since the reports are coming out that the other sugar free options are causing heart issues, also hopefully your using a bpa free plastic since y'all put boiling water in the plastic to mix the powder
I would have normally have posted a glowing review but due to my experience today and what I was told I am giving the lowest score I can. I have been told in the past that I can only go light ice on the Superman energy drink and I understand that, but I normally order my unsweetened mint tea with no ice. I have never had a problem with this I was given it that way today but I had to argue to get it that way. If it wasn’t an item made as a batch as opposed to individually I wouldn’t have a problem with this. In addition there was no signage stating that they had a change to this policy.

Its a good place. I like my plain boring sweet tea. They do have lots of flavored teas that are really good that my kids love.

I normally don’t like to write reviews however, my experience was frustrating & very disappointing. I recently moved here from Dallas to Ropesville & have heard several coworkers rave about Tea2Go.With that being said, I looked over their menu online & noticed they had a “call ahead” option so I thought it would be easier if I CALLED IN MY ORDER. I called it in on my in from Ropesville to the Milwaukee location, so that I could pick it up & head to work.When I arrived, there was a young girl standing against the counter & was on her personal phone scrolling, to the point where she didn’t hear me come in. I asked for the ONE drink I ordered to only be told “oh I’m sorry ma’am,I forgot & it’s not ready.” She then proceeded to rush to hurry up to make my drink & get me out the door. THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST TIME EVER VISITING OR BUYING ANYTHING & I’m extremely disappointed!I do NOT recommend this place/location at all to anyone!

Company not concerned enough to list on the Google My Business the locations that refill water jugs. With gas and diesel and price of living to waste $10 in fuel and my time lost a customer. Chains should all operate the same and if the don’t then make it known.
