Taffy is my favorite! Everyone is kind and friendly
Lady at the cash register is rude. Made ugly face 🙄
Please get better to go carriers the ones you use are worthless, drink all over the car
Friendly staff learns their customers names and favorites by heart!!!
If you are going to order anything with any customization you are better off going to a different location. They don't seem to be able to adjust or hear you when you ask for something outside of standard.
This place is a joke. I ordered a skinny tea through the drive through. They said it would be 5 minutes and to pull to a waiting spot. Over 15 minutes later I went inside to see what was going on and my tea had not even been made.
Extra boba ? Girl where 🤦♀️this is why I stay getting boba from my local one . Do better .
Very refreshing tea.
For the amount of money I just paid, it’s mostly water. Don’t waste your money. This has happened now several times.
I like Tea2Go but find this location my least favorite. If you go there within 15 min of them closing they will not accept cash—only card-and there is an up charge for paying with a credit card. Other Tea2Go locations I’ve visited close to closing time do not do this. They ought to accept either cash or credit card during business hours, not penalize customers who visit their location within a short time before closing.

I love this one. They are so relaxed in there.
I go to this location (Ravenwood) at least 2 to 3 times a day and the ladies that work there are never friendly and very short if you ask a question.
Every time I come here it feels like I’m an inconvenience to these workers. I come in and order the same drink and I receive a stale transactional response every single time. “Cash or card. $6.13. Have a good day.” And then they go back to talking amongst each other.
Tea was lukewarm. I asked to please make it hot. Said its at 195 degrees but clearly the temperature gauge is off. Asked for a menu to see list of hot tea choices. No menu. $6.66 for a cup of semi warm tea. Not going back
I order from Tea2go on a consistent basis and this go around I ordered through door dash. I always get a Cherry limeade and it was flat tasting and the tea was not good. I’m disappointed because usually they do a great job.
