Every time I come here it feels like I’m an inconvenience to these workers. I come in and order the same drink and I receive a stale transactional response every single time. “Cash or card. $6.13. Have a good day.” And then they go back to talking amongst each other.

Tea was lukewarm. I asked to please make it hot. Said its at 195 degrees but clearly the temperature gauge is off. Asked for a menu to see list of hot tea choices. No menu. $6.66 for a cup of semi warm tea. Not going back

I order from Tea2go on a consistent basis and this go around I ordered through door dash. I always get a Cherry limeade and it was flat tasting and the tea was not good. I’m disappointed because usually they do a great job.

the young woman that works at the location closest to wolfforth, I haven't caught her name , but i see her most mornings including today.
she is literally the sweetest! super personable, and just overall great! she definitely deserves to be appreciated!!

Two ladies were working, one taking orders and one making the drinks. Asked for light ice and watched as the person at the register walked over to the other and whispered something, then watched as they deliberately added more ice, and laughed about it before handing me my drink. It was genuinely packed with ice to the brim. Ridiculous. I highly recommend the one on Milwaukee, customer service much better and will actually add less ice if asked.

The drinks were ok, the prices on the board were not updated, I was charged too much for the snacks the kids got, and $3.49 for a snack size bag of protein chips is outrageous. If everything was GREAT this would be a frequent stop. The girl was rude when I pointed out HER mistake. Being sarcastic when I told her I wasn’t worried about the $ I just wanted her to realize she over charged me. She said have a blessed night! All hateful, don’t say something like that little girl unless you have a good heart, and it’s obvious you don’t. KL

We ordered a sweet mint tea and a Texas sweet strawberry peach tea with popping peach pearls. The mint tea was unsweetened and the strawberry peach tea was barely sweetened and has barely any popping pearls. Highly disappointing

The ladies working were helpful in helping us decide what would be yummy. My daughter loved her super kid lemonade and I tried the Atlantis, which was a super energy kick for this coffee drinker but tastes better than a sonic ocean water! Must try!
