Wonderful employees. One of the best bobbas i've tasted. The snow dessert is a must have. Large enough to share with a friend. Too bad I'm greedy and ate it all. Wish I made it to lubbock more often.

I come here almost every day and usually get the same drinks. Most of the time, taste great, but sometimes a bit different. Like today, the cream blas is a bit bland, and the boba’s kind of hard — not as soft and chewy as usual. Just wanted to share this feedback since your milk tea always makes my day!

Teapioca lounge is my favorite Boba spot in Lubbock, I'm glad to see they are now serving shaved ice! The staff were very nice as soon as I came in. I ordered a Panda Black Cream Tea, it was absolutely delicious with a great creamy flavor. Only thing I would note is that the regular sweetness level is not as sweet as usual milk tea you would get other places, even with the Boba added. To me it tasted like a 50% sweet tea, so I would recommend maybe a sweetness level of 125% would be more like a 100% sweet level. Other than this, super great service, cant wait to come back when Im back in town!

Me and my disabled child were walking to the store 15 min before they closed and we took about 3 min trying to get to the door from the parking and the worker saw us coming ran from the counter to the door and shut and locked it before we could go order and she smiled at my kid im highly disappointed

I usually come here to get taro but ig they couldn't do it that way but told me to get taro and coconut blast which was mid... kinda disappointed and the lady wasnt very helpful either

The girl working the counter, Knew slim to nothing about menus items. I asked mainly about the coffee's. The owner is nice. I just was not impressed and ended up finally just choosing a Red panda milk tea, which I was not a fan of.

I have stomach cancer and don’t have a stomach anymore which I told them. I asked them if I pay the medium, can I get it in the baby cup because I can’t finish a medium. They charged me an extra dollar to put it in a baby cup for less drink and the charge was called “split”. I don’t understand if I got 1 baby cup, why would i need to pay extra for HALF the drink? I mean I offered to pay for a regular but extra? I’m paying more for half the size than a regular. This is not friendly to disability customers. I am happy to pay for normal cups but being up charged is crazy. Lots of other boba shops in Lubbock are very respectful when it comes to my disability. This is still one of my favorite boba shops, but I wish they can accommodate better for disabled customers.

This is my daughter’s favorite place to get boba smoothies. Always Great quality and prompt service. Today we made a stop for her Birthday and the staff from the back even came out to feel her HBD and they have her a macaroon. Thank y’all for being so kind and making her day!

Hands down the best place for a Boba! But that isnt even the reason why I'm making this review! I had to come on here to give a shout out for their Manga Bobanada. This is hands down one of the best spots to grab one. I will be recommending this place to those who love them!
Sales peoples are way too aggressive. Be ready with your legalese. “Orange boba” means *instead* of black boba, not added on top and up charged. Been here several times and they up charge at every opportunity. No thank you. I won’t be back.

Super quick and friendly! We came in 20mins before they closed just to get something on our drive out of town. The lady up at the front said the coffee would take a little longer to make if we wanted to wait. We were already coming close to closing so we weren’t going to make her make a whole pot a coffee for one coffee. She assured us it wouldn’t be a big deal but we still declined. Few minutes later and my drink was done and she brought out a FREE small coffee. Completely unnecessary but super thoughtful. We will definitely be back

We are visiting from mission Tx. We just drop by and ordered the mango snow and a premium health coffee. This place was delicious and awesome. Definitely coming back. The lady that helped us was super nice and friendly!!
