Teddy Jack's Hub City Grill

We came to town for a few days to check on my SIL. We met my BIL and other SIL here for lunch before heading back to the hospital. This was definitely a bright spot in our visit. The food was great. Our server was very kind and pretty attentive. The food was fresh, as it did take some time to come out, but it was all good. I really enjoyed it. I will definitely come back.

The manager Cecilia is the Best! She handles everything Great. Food, Service, and atmosphere. Plus it's a bonus that she is smoking HOT!

We stopped at Teddy Jack's City Grill for dinner with our family. Both my son and I got the turkey, ham, bacon club sandwich. It was terrible. You could tell that the layers were just thrown on top of each other in a disheveled fashion. The sandwich was very dry, having no kind of condiment, such as mayonnaise, added for pliability. I suggest you go somewhere else to eat. My son and and family will never go to this restaurant again. Save your money.

So, I just moved back to Lubbock after over 20 years of being away. I’ve been all over the country. Never experienced racism until today. The white people here are very much racist. I’ve lived all over the state.

Decorations were awesome, plenty of TVs you can see from any seat. Drinks were great too!

I’ve been trying to find a local fun place to enjoy family time. Today my family and I tried out teddy jacks. The servers are so genuine and accommodating. The management staff were excellent in assisting with our time here at teddy jacks. (I was sure to stop Joey to tell him what a great time we had). The food was everything we wanted. Great portions for the prices. And above all the place is so much fun. It’s decorated to accommodate the Halloween spirit and that was one of kids favorite parts. THANK YOU TEDDY JACKS FOR THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE FOR MY FAMILY AND I. This experience was refreshing. We will be back.

Busy place, food was decent, but was barely warm as if it had sat there a while, server forgot about us a couple of times, maybe if it was hot, would have been better.

We sat at our table for 15 minutes and we never had a server. 4 servers were cleaning tables and we couldn’t even get water. This is the 2nd time we’ve had bad services. Disappointed is an understatement. We used to love this place. It’s hard to keep Lubbock local, when service is that bad.
