I’m giving this 5 stars as for starters I loved talking to the guy at the window, he has a great charisma about him and is very relatable. Secondly, as someone that came here on a cheat day, I can tell that what I got (eggs/potatoes/beans) is not completely doused in butter and oils (as much) which almost gives it a more genuine taste? Of course it’s not as good as those that are sometimes drenched in those but it’s a fine burrito for the price and that is what I was looking for, and knowing I don’t have to worry too much about making this the occasional cheat stop.

They are great!

I asked for cheese during my order and was quite disappointed on the amount of cheese that was added when you do pay extra for it.

Lubbock during graduation weekend makes finding a popular place to eat that doesn't have an hour wait challenging. We like hole in the wall places and Texas Burrito seems to fit that description. The man at the window was extremely nice, burritos were ready within a couple of minutes, and the price was pretty reasonable for the size of the burritos. I will say the bacon was lacking in our bacon, egg and cheese burrito and the same can be said about the egg in my potato, egg and cheese. Overall it was a decent breakfast and the service was great.

After my first time I was hooked. Even if he wasn’t open I would make a Trip back. Tortillas were home made … so different than store bought. The burritos are made exactly the way you ordered them. The man is very nice, you leave with a good feeling. Great way to start your day, great food.

Mine was supposed to be potato and bacon. Where is the bacon?

Soggy potatos and store bought tortillas. Go somewhere else with homemade tortillas. Plus, my total should have been $16 with tax. I gave him $20 and only got 30 cents back. I wouldn't be as upset if the food was at least good.
