The quality of food is no where worth the price they are asking for. I ordered a buffalo chicken mac. It was ridiculously dry. And the noodles barley had enough cheese. 15 dollars for the order. No drinks.

This was terrible! And way too expensive for what we received. We got the brisket and the chicken bacon ranch. Brisket was burnt and looked like jerky! No cheese at all hardly! Just noodles! The pictures are nothing like what we received. They make it look cheesy and fresh but the food was trash! I WILL NEVER GO OR SUGGEST THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Last night we went to the midnight cravings and we ordered two chicken bacon ranch and one brisket bowl. They were so delicious that we didn’t even mind the 10-15 minute wait. This is one of the top food trucks that we always go out of our way to order because they are ALWAYS good. They were so nice and friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience with them.

when I rolled up on this place today in the Walmart parking lot in Clovis NM, the place where they had the food in the warmers ready to serve was nasty nasty nasty the inside of that food truck didn't look clean at all. note to Texas Mac shack owner: keep your food truck spotless because your customer is eye level with where the food is being prepared and served. the cross-contamination in that little food truck would be not good for the human stomach. I know a lot of people that are going to read this are going to leave the angry emoji but I'm just telling you my experience if you're experience was good then more power to you but I don't want to risk food poisoning over taste testing of a food truck. have a good day. eat at your own risk. js

Had this at a festival and the plain mac and cheese was not it. Looked like they dipped one noodle in cheese, mixed it around with the rest, and then topped with some cold shredded cheese.

Got the chicken bacon ranch, pulled pork, and barbecue chicken. Fantastic flavor and not overly cheesy!

We placed two orders after seeing how absolutely stacked my co workers bowls were. Disappointed to see how ours didn’t even have half the meat and cheese theirs had despite ordering extra cheese. For how much it costs it’s not worth it to take a 50/50 on if the workers are feeling generous or not. Will not be coming back.
