Last night we went to the midnight cravings and we ordered two chicken bacon ranch and one brisket bowl. They were so delicious that we didn’t even mind the 10-15 minute wait. This is one of the top food trucks that we always go out of our way to order because they are ALWAYS good. They were so nice and friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience with them.
when I rolled up on this place today in the Walmart parking lot in Clovis NM, the place where they had the food in the warmers ready to serve was nasty nasty nasty the inside of that food truck didn't look clean at all. note to Texas Mac shack owner: keep your food truck spotless because your customer is eye level with where the food is being prepared and served. the cross-contamination in that little food truck would be not good for the human stomach. Food was wonderful. My fiancé and I flew from Florida for an event. The whole time we were just looking forward to getting the Mac and cheese with brisket. It was wonderful to see the truck by the hotel on our last day. Amazing food and always wonderful service!
