Table was dirty, they used cabbage instead of lettuce, and they used chicken instead of Italian sausage. Besides all of those problems, it was an Okay experience. Cheesecake at least tasted good.

Food was great - as always! I had the chicken parm (pizza style) and it was excellent. We were there late in the evening and there were a bunch of tables that hadn't been cleared after the customers left them. We picked a high top table because it was clean. Waiter was helping us and taking care of the bar at the same time. In the beginning he was very attentive. By the time we were ready to pay, we were stalling, waiting for him to come back. I had a hard time deciding which cheesecake to try, so I think he decreased his number of visits.

We love Cheesecake factory and are typically satisfied every time we dine there; however, this last visit wasn't great. My husband always orders the Spicy Chicken Chipotle pasta, and loves it. This time though, the sauce was extremely watered down. It was like soup. We sent it back, and they remade it with the exact same watered down sauce. It was pretty bad.

Not a clean place to eat or drink.Husband ordered a bourbon, the glass was very dirty, the ice cube looked nasty, there was floating food/trash. It was remade but the bartender did get upset, her attitude change, rolled her eyes at our table a few times.Second attempt of the remake- only the glass was changed, still floating things and in the ice cube. At this point the bartender was very upset and we could over hear our server apologizing to her.This was our first time here and we unfortunately had a bad experience.
The service was absolutely fantastic. Lots of choices to pick to eat. I loved the food it looked so good and it was. Will I ever want to come here? YES! ABSOLUTELY!

came in around 9pm february 25th 2024 and had the steak and salmon. just a few hours later i had the worst food poisoning of my life and was horribly sick for the next 48 hours. thankfully I am young and healthy so I am now fine, however food poisoning that bad could easily kill someone. I tried to call the next day and let them know, but no manager ever picked up the phone. moral of the story, be careful what you eat here.
