They will FALSELY and PUBLICLY accuse you of not paying when it was a clerical error made by their server!!! I can understand accidents happen but to accuse someone PUBLICLY on FACEBOOK only to BACKTRACK!?!? Get your facts straight and investigate before trying to ruin someones reputation. This place is terrible this could happen to anyone!

This is one of our favorite restaurants. I love the chicken fried steak and Texas Deviled Eggs. The Prime Rib offered on Thursdays cant be beaten! The beautiful location and atmosphere makes you feel like your not in Lubbock.

We took friends from out of town to eat. They had heard about it, so we decided to try it. We got there at 7:45, she gave a menu and took our orders. Came back in a few minutes later said they were out of chicken fry steak. Gave us menu again, we ordered prime rib. She then came back to table and said we don’t have any prime rib. We then ordered again, steak and baked potatoes. She then told us they were out of baked potatoes. Ordered chicken strips, out of gravy. Everyone picked things they did have by talking to that young lady. I have to say the mashed potatoes were great and that young lady tried so hard. Our hearts went out to her trying to do her job. It was half way funny after thinking about the experience. I wish them luck but we not be doing that again.

Wow! What a great place to enjoy a drink, live music, peacocks, and cornhole while waiting for a table. The hostess was very welcoming and sweet about the wait time! Then we got to finally sit down and eat and the food was even better! Will definitely be visiting again if we pass through Lubbock again.

We had a great early dinner out on the patio. The food was delicious! Being there on a Thursday meant we could enjoy the Smoked Prime Rib, which was wonderful. We enjoyed the live music and watching all the peacocks. We definitely plan to come back again when we are in town.

Love the location, it’s peaceful, green, and there’s water! The interior also provides a great atmosphere. This was our first time out and we had the beef stroganoff, chicken fried steak, and buttermilk pecan pie, and all were delicious. We happened to be out on open mic night and enjoyed that as well. Definitely going to take the kids out and try some of the other menu offerings!
