Got chicken and waffles, chicken was not cooked all the way they took the food back to the kitchen then told us we still had to pay for the uncooked food we did not eat will not be coming back

The atmosphere is so relaxing when you come into this restaurant. It feels like you’ve walked into a family gathering and when you add the unbelievably delicious food it’s a place that you will want to return to again and again.

Best breakfast place in my opinion, portions are large, food has great flavor and pricing is affordable. Service is great and friendly, we come here all the time when in Lubbock.

Ordered same meal I normally do but this time was made different. When questioned staff they were rude. said that's how it is normally made. Didn't offer to replace or change. Worst service I've experienced there.

My first time visiting this place, insanely good breakfast! This place shows the experience that the owners have, If you go away hungry it's your own fault. Prices are way low for the amount you get. And the pancake with Carmel Apple is basically eating a apple pie! So good!

Wow this place was great!! The server was excellent and the food was there to match!! I highly recommend their grits as they were by far some of the best that I have had!

If I could give this no stars I would.
Before ordering I asked the waiter if the eggs I wanted could be prepared firm. Once I see eggs with runny undercooked yolk, I am 100% done with the meal, she assured me they could. (I did have a back up option to order incase she said they couldn’t be firm)

Since she double reassured me they could, I went ahead an ordered,

When they came out the first problem was the hash browns were freezer cold, as I got to the second egg it was so
Raw/ undercooked I told the waitress the problem,
She asked if I wanted something else,
I did not.

When I spoke to a manager she told me she couldn’t do anything because the waitress never told her about the food problem, although I have text to prove there was a food problem, and I asked her how it this my fault, the waitress new before and during she said yeah we can’t do anything cause it never got sent back.

Horrible food, horrible management, and all over 0/0

Great customer service but limited menu items and long wait times

This brunch experience was less than enjoyable. The waitress provided very poor service and was incompetent in all areas. The food initially ordered (chicken fried steak) was “sold out”. After ordering a different choice on the menu (omelet), part of the meal was never delivered (sourdough bread) to which the waitress was informed and said “oh” but never attempted to get the food item. The hashbrowns and fried eggs were very much undercooked. The portions were large but very bland. The waitress did not return to the table one time to ask about refills or anything else for that matter. She seemed to be very unaware that anything was wrong in any capacity. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.

We went on today and the service was good. The hamburgers are awesome. Recommend u go eat there. Breakfast is also good.
