Here are some inside of this place, I just test how the service will perform with a 15% tip or without. This is a place where there is no service, you grab the sandwich prepared and go and sit in any available place in the court. That being said, the 15% tips made my ham and cheese well prepared and toast, excellent, the 0% tip made my sandwich horrible, cold and bad. For the Management, in case they are interested in the reference, this happens on February 8th/2024 at 3:30 pm. Make your mind yourself if you have a tip or not for someone to prepare the food right, perhaps the owner here doesn't pay a salary, or otherwise miserable salary, or maybe the employee needs to be replaced it.

Grabbed lunch here at noon on 9/10 while waiting for my flight. There was a slow moving line, but it only took about 10 minutes to place my order, and then my order was ready just a short few minutes later. I got the Cuban panini. It was delicious. The bread was beautifully toasted, the cheese inside was melted, the meat was seasoned wonderfully, and the pickles brightened up the sandwich. Great quick bite before a flight!

Just landed at Lubbock Airport and ordered 3 bagels. This is the worst excuse of cream cheese I've ever seen in my life! These are completely DRY.

At 6:00 pm I stand on line to order, 19 minutes later a lady came from the back to tell all the customers they where close to do grab and go no bagels available she was so rude about it with an attitude no customer service at

I stopped by Great American Bagel for breakfast at the airport, and while the experience was decent, I have to admit that I was a bit underwhelmed by the bagel. As someone who has lived in New York City and experienced some of the best bagels around, I can say that the bagel here just didn't quite live up to my hopes.Staff was great very friendly and I enjoyed the coffee, was very convenient for my flight!

The individual who is preparing the food for The Great American Bagel was beyond rude to everyone who entered the line! Not only did she insult everyone who asked a question (i.e. do you have any raisin bagels available! Answer: just read the glass and tell me what you want), but she also threw each individuals food on the counter. Additionally, when complained about to the asst. manager, was told that's just fill out this complaint form and that is just how she is. This is not customer service anyone should be proud of and is well below the standard of HMS. I would hope this is something taken very serious for this company!

My niece and I were hungry and it was about 8 am so this place was the only place to eat. The rudest employees ever they automatically started yelling at us to see what we wanted and we were still deciding . They definitely need to work on customer service and treat others with respect .we will not come here again cuz the experience was uncomfortable and ugly .

Unsanitary. Lady making the sandwich wears gloves but never takes them off (scratched her head while making my sandwich). The cashier had a very bad whooping cough. I ended up not eating it after seeing that.

Terrible! Two women behind the counter complaining about their co-workers.... irritated they had to serve someone... failed to warm/toast my bagel AFTER I asked 3 times! Get some people hired who actually want to work!!!!

Flight got delayed so I went looking for a bite to eat. Found the bagel place at the cafeteria area and ordered a breakfast sandwich, but when I was halfway through, I thankfully looked at my sandwich and saw a BIG BLACK HAIR that was very obviously not my own and smushed between the chees. Absolutely disgusting, I almost gagged. See photo below.

I'm sad to see all the negative reviews for this place because I had a wonderful experience. Had to be at the airport early at 6am for a flight and the morning crew was an absolute pleasure. They greeted me with smiles and got my food to me quickly. They were laughing and having fun with everyone who came through, and both the food and coffee were hot even when I sat down at my gate. Surprisingly good coffee and the food was flavorful as well. What a pleasant experience!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly foods and atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: No ramps, bumps, or obstacles. They’ve never heard of customer service and the food is mediocre at best. It would be better if they could do one of the above well. Overall, terrible and you’ll get yelled it. You’re better off getting something from a vending machine. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting and the customer service will be 110% better.
