Didn't get my food order right and blamed it on the driver. How does that work?

Denny’s sucks so much they had to change their name to sell some more food… you would have thought they would at least step it up for their ghost restaurant but no… just trash.

Ordered through ubereats and never got my food. Took hours before it finally let me cancel the order. The driver told me they were putting off the delivery orders to take care of the in house customers, which delayed mine for over an hour.

forgot half my order, and messed up the order the second time to a completely random sandwich when i called in about it. sandwich itself was not good. absolutely never buying again. save your time and your money.

Got this from door dash . The pics for advertising are lies! My sandwich was mostly bread! I got the giddy melt and had two small peices nothing like the picture and super pricey!!!!!! Never again not worth the price

It is a step above IHop, but barely. Both need to retrain their workers and give a huge scrubdown of the entire building!

The service and food were great as usual. I ordered scrambled eggs , bacon and toast and coffee. I always stop on my way through.
Ordered from Uber Eats. Food was very bland & not worth $46. Ordered the Giddy Up Melt combo & the hot mess melt combo with 2 drinks. No BBQ sauce on one sandwich & no caramelized onions on the other. Did not receive drinks. There was literally only 9 fries in each combo. Packaging said Denny’s so not sure if this is a separate sandwich shop or in Denny’s. Missing & incorrect food is not the delivery drivers fault. Establishment needs to check orders before they go out. Worse melt in town. It was one greasy mess. Will not eat here again.?

I just witnessed the night cook, Calvin, berating the waitresses that work there. It was incredibly slow and he was so disrespectful to the waitstaff. He was literally yelling at them over a side order of fries that they needed for a customer. The waitress excuse was that he gets orders out... but nobody deserves the way he treated them as a co worker. FIRE HIM! Customers can hear the way he talks to them.
