We had a business dinner and everything was great. The noise level was perfect to be able to hear each other and we got to enjoy some sports on the tv"s as well, and our waitress was perfect
We had a fun time! Ordering from the brunch menu is easy, and we always start with the pretzel balls. The dip is fabulous! We had smash burgers, steal and eggs, and a breakfast pizza. It took awhile to get our food, but the place was hopping on this game day. We love the televisions all around, and our drinks stayed filled. The waitstaff was prompt and efficient, and the food great! This is one of our Lubbock favs!
Management sets the tone. Everyone was kind and professional from the hostess to the waitress.Food was excellent.
Reserve Culinary had wonderful food and good service. Enjoyed the sports theme of the restaurant. The ambiance was lacking, but didn't spoil the good company, fun and delicious food. Would definitely dine there again.
I thought I'd be dining at a bit of a nicer restaurant, I should've read more into it! That's on me, we thought we were at a sports bar
We were seated promptly when we arrived at a table appropriate for our group. We ate at 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday and really liked the brunch/lunch menu from which we could order. Many choices! Both food and service were excellent.
Our family meals and visits are always exceptional! Great food, service, atmosphere. The noise level is great too.
Let me start out positive, Cute little mimosa with the orange ice cube was the best I've ever had! Other than that we just want black coffee. We don't need an Austin pecan and cinnamon flavored blend from H-E-B, We don't need a hazelnut coffee. Just offer simple black coffee w/ cream and sugar it will be just fine, especially when you serve brunch as a staple. Not a lot of jalapeño in the jalapeño gravy or the jalapeño cheddar cornbread. Breading on the chicken for the ChK fried Benedict was super salty. Great service from Londi, she was attentive and super sweet.
Service was terrible, and the so called “owner” was extremely rude and disrespectful. Our drinks took 30 minutes to get, and our food came out cold two hours after we ordered.
Poor service. Appetizers came fast. Food took a long time. No check back on how meals were. Didn't see waitress till check was needed. Salad came w/ entree.
Restaurantji Recommends
Sunday. Brunch. 4 . 1115 reservation seated shortly. Order turned in shortly after seating . Waited over 30 minutes plus for food. Wait staff excellent. Kitchen very slow. Sound system very loud - made table talk almost impossible . More of a sports bar than cuisine restaurant Omelets of medium quality at best. Traditional breakfast better quality Better brunch options are available elsewhere With lack of noise and better kitchen staff - might go back.
We enjoyed a fabulous Easter Brunch! Our server was amazing and the manager was both professional and kind.
Management went beyond expectations for our family. Will be back and will recommend as a good place to enjoy a meal.
Steak was severely overcooked (order Medium Rare, received Well Done), but server was very quick to help and fix it. Food was fine, nothing spectacular.
Always a fun time at the Reserve! Great atmosphere, staff friendly and on point... love watching games here- TV's everywhere! ❤️🖤❤️
