Visited a little while back, and since I was new to this place I waited to write this one till I formed an idea of the food places in Lubbock. It has a lot of great and good options and this unfortunately isn't one.1. Took a lot of time to place an order in medium filled settings.2. I ordered their Chicken with a signature white sauce which was too salty. They apparently replaced it with a fresh one and same thing 2nd time. Upon asking found out they batch made sauces and evidently that day's were made super salty. So the sauce wasn't fresh and most importantly the chef doesn't taste their food.3. The server dropped by to ask this particular question - Is it good enough salt for you? Had they tasted it, they'd have known not for me but it was salty for anybody, my companion corroborated.

Wanted to try this since this was next to my house and it wasn't very busy. They had tables open but had a crazy wait. So maybe next time I guess.

We chose The Reserve for Sunday brunch because we slept late and wanted to avoid a wait. We were able to get reservations 15 minutes from when we made them and arrived just in time. We both got omelets, and they were delicious, oozing with cheese. My side of oatmeal was also excellent, made better with the fresh blueberries our server offered. Best of all, the coffee was wonderful and the service attentive but not overbearing. We come here for dinner a lot and will now be returning for breakfast.

This is typically our go to place on the weekends. Today they had a special Valentine’s menu and it did not meet expectations. The server was not aware of the items on the special menu, as when we asked questions, he was unsure. For our appetizer, we ordered the coconut shrimp and it came out completely raw. Overall, entrees (filet and stuffed chicken), desserts (cheesecake and red velvet pie) and drinks were good. I think they really messed up offering a special menu that the employees did not get to try first when they could have just slimed down the menu that they already have and is always good.

We ordered salmon- rare- it arrived well done. We ordered filet MR sauce inside- it was medium well- sauce on it. They brought the third entree - we ate it. Green beans overcooked floating in grease, shoshita peppers in grease., mashed potatoes were OK. I would not recommend this place. Food is terrible/.

The staff were so kind to help me set up for my sister's 60th birthday party lunch! I brought in a specialty cake and they made sure we had everything for this special celebration. I would recommend this restaurant as it also hosts a positive and fun atmosphere!

The Chicken Bene is my absolute favorite! The server was not very attentive and was MIA a lot. We could have been in and out a lot quicker, but thankfully I liked my date and it did give us time to visit more and make plans for the day.

Food average, television placements are good, waitress was nice. Now the bad, made a reservation the day before and requested to be at a table away from the front door, when arrived the manager stone faced said no, and pointed to a table almost next to the door. I ordered the street tacos, 2 to an order but I requested to have one pork one chicken instead of having two of the same meat. The waitress asked the manager if she could do that, and he said no. Received the bill and there was a 3% additional charge for credit card use. Want to irritate a customer? Charge for a normal business expense. There are hundreds of restaurants in town and we will not return there.

Wonderful service and atmosphere is fun. Food was cold and so salty, on all dishes, we couldn't eat it. If you're going to watch games, drink beer, and hang out - it's a great place for that. However, I don't recommend the food.

Had the blackened salmon last night off the NYE limited menu. It was very good! The scallops were f'n amazing! Perfectly cooked! The New York cheesecake with blueberry topping was a delicious ending to our meal. Highly recommend The Old Fashioned and the Texas Mule. They quenched my thirst. Getting yellowfin tuna next time.
