Cool place to go and see you have to pay to come into the parking garage now and security doesn't let you hang out up top since everyone tags the walls

Beware the bouncers. They scam you. Went after the game, one of the guys checking ID on the stairs was charging cover and the other checking ID at the elevator wasn’t. When our friend confronted him at the door as we were walking out he wasn’t charging anyone and played it off like he didn’t do anything wrong. There are no signs posted about any cover charge. Seems like he was charging to get some extra cash. Very dirty.

This place is terrible! The place is run down, there is no way it is up to code, and the staff is not polite especially Chad Lorenz. He works the exit door at the Roof and is charging some people $25 to get in while he lets college girls go in for free. The standard of this place is not very high and he sure does not do his job correctly. I will never be attending this place ever again. I highly recommend to anyone to never go here. It is a waste of your time and money.

God awful music. Baffling that the place has a DJ and the music manages to be so uninspired and irrelevant. Also, the view makes you realize just how flat and devoid of life Lubbock Texas actually is.PS: This place made me never want to hear "Daddy Yankee - Gasolina" ever again. Not that I wanted to before.

10 times out of 10, they will completely ignore the phone when you try to call them with any questions. they also charge a fee to get in when the drinks are already overpriced.

So disappointing! Been here In the past and it was great! This is the WORST place ever now. I brought people from out if town bc I thought this place was cool! First off the card machine down, so when we eventually got drinks and was trying to take pics of the view the bouncers were yelling at us to leave.... so don't serve drinks ar 155 then...the so called staff were rude and yelling.!! I've NEVER been someplace where the staff is so rude! As a parent of a student at TT, this place will NEVER be on my list as a recommended place to visit..The staff could use a lesson on hospitality!!

This place offers a really cool environment. It is a great place to have a drink and look over the city. The view is amazing looking down over the TTU stadium!

Less than 1 star…. When the employees outnumber the customers? Have employees sitting at the bar basically “catfishing”?!?! I mean, if that doesn’t scream, “struggling business” idk what does.
