If you don't want people cutting other people in line please make sure that you have somebody out by the drive-thru when people pull in. There was no one in the Drive-Thru when we got there so if you online order we wouldn't know the customers pulling into the drive would not know that so we don't know if we're cutting anybody. it's definitely not professional to try to instigate an argument with a customer saying that they cut another customer when it's their job to direct traffic and let other people know where they're going so if you want people to know where they're going through the drive-thru please set outside make sure somebody's out there but don't ever blame the customer that's highly unprofessional.

I didn’t think I could love any place as much as we do the Soda Shack on 82d. But they opened a new location on Indiana and it’s the best ever and even closer to us! I love that there are always new delicious concoctions on the menu. Mahalo and Buddy are my standby favorites but I like experimenting with my own flavor mixtures and the staff at Soda Shack always are friendly and willing to make them for me. We add some of their yummy cookies—sugar cookies are my favorite—and have an easy delicious after school snack or evening treat. I don’t know what Lubbock ever did without either location!
The Soda shack is an absolute Lubbock gem! We’ve been long time fans because my husband’s favorite drink is Diet Pepsi and not many places carry it. Stopped by the truck during first Friday art trail tonight and they were out of Diet Pepsi and because they know that’s all he ever orders gave us a ton of extra punches and a drink discount! Love these guys!
