Nice, low key, contemporary & relaxed cafe & cocktail bar. Food was good quality & had some different flavors than other places. Cocktails are a little pricey, but hand crafted & a good selection. Nice place to relax with a drink after work.

Drinks are great & very spirit-forward!! Love them! Waitstaff is very knowledgeable & great! Food is bought from Sam's & thrown in the fryer! Bad! Sub-par! Not worth it at all!

Great drinks and great food. Stuffed mushroom is recommended and you can't go wrong with the old fashioned.

Tasty cocktails, solid menu with unique options, great weekend brunch spot, and we love their happy hour! Friendly staff.

Food was a solid 4. Biscuits and gravy, Breakfast pizza, BLT, Chicken Fry with an egg on top, French toast, breakfast tacos (only drawback on the tacos were crappy generic flour tortillas). Saw children's brunch advertised for $3 on Sundays here on yelp, but the waitress had no clue about it. Now for the service...about 6 total tables seated, and it took 45 minutes from the time the waitress took our order, until it arrived at our table. The waitress was heavily tattooed with blue pixie hair. She seemed to be unaware that emo is so -5 years ago. She never really spoke. She disappeared for 15 minutes after we sat down. Never took a drink order. Showed back up to mumble at us what we wanted to eat. Disappeared until the food came out. Had to be sent back to get an extra plate for an order we'd asked to split. When we'd finished eating, had to ask the kitchen staff hanging out in the back of the restaurant to find her to get our check. We were handed our check with a mumble. I tipped her way too much.

First time here everything was perfect! But not this time the salmon was over cooked and dry. The mustard sauce was spicier than the first trip. Our waitress was very nice however. She told them the salmon was too dry and even though it was not consumed there was no offer from anyone to make it right by re cooking it or refunding poor customer service

This place is awesome! It's never over-crowded, the food is delicious and seems that be made from scratch, the drinks (especially the apple margarita and perfect pear) are wonderful, and the staff are very friendly. This place is a hidden gem in Lubbock. Don't let the one negative review deter you, it's worth trying I promise!

Omlette was over cooked and not good. Over priced sweet potatoe appetizer. Service was bad. Cute atmosphere but terribly uncomfortable booth.

This was my husband's and my first time to visit Timeless Cafe. We met friends there for an early dinner after work. I had never heard of the restaurant and found it by searching on the web for new local restaurants. We wanted somewhere that was quiet so we could hear our conversation, with excellent food. I saw the reviews were mostly good, so I thought we could give it a try. We are so glad we did. The food was delicious! I had the salmon plate, the two guys had the Chicken Fried Steak and the other female had the Shrimp and Grits. We all enjoyed our meals very much. My husband said it was the best chicken fried steak he had ever eaten, which is saying a lot since that is his go-to meal when eating out. The service was exceptional. We had no complaints at all. We were very well taken care of. We highly recommend this restaurant. It was quiet and we could visit without almost yelling, as we feel we have to do in some restaurants. It was early in the evening so not as busy as it might be later in the evening. We definitely will be a regular customer here.

We've eaten here twice now - once for brunch and the second time for dinner. The food is fantastic and we loved both the servers we had! Such a cool, neighborhood spot and they had FANTASTIC music on both times. We will DEFINITELY be back!

If I could give a higher review I would, they are extremely knowledgeable with their cocktails and they have an incredible brunch. If you're into cocktails this is a must to check out. Ask for Sierra.

I grew up in Lubbock and have lived in Fort Worth and Phoenix only to come back to Lubbock over a year ago. That is over a year wasted not eating at this fantastic find. What I feel lubbock has always missed is local craft food and cocktail joints. This is a blow your hair back great mix of both. The Manhattan made with rye paired with cherry bitters and finished with a brandy soaked cherry was an excellent aperitif to start the meal. The scratch fried zucchini and mushrooms served with remoulade style sauce was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked 100% on point. I went with the chicken carbonara. Nice point to perfectly cool off the white wine to give the sauce that just clings to the perfectly cooked pasta a subtle but fulfilling bite. Chicken was still juicy and the balance of flavors was Obviously well thought out. I'd love to try a poached quail egg for brunch on this plate some time but that's simply an afterthought after devouring this dish. This is an excellent find that is well priced for the quality, has a killer atmosphere and decor, has the food I'd easily put against anywhere in town. Well done Chef Clay and staff. Will be back to try the filet!!

My friend and I went for Valentine's Day where they had a specific menu for the day. We tired the meatball appetizer and had the 40oz steak for our main course with sides of Caesar salad. We also had a bottle of champagne. The interior is dimly lit and there are a couple of cute booths, high tables, and some regular open seating. I liked the booths for the privacy, but the place lacked ambience. The food was delicious, but man was the steak more on the rare side of medium- rare. My friend loved it, but it was def hard for me to eat. Meatballs were spectacular and the owner was really nice. One thing that bothered me was that whenever I would call them to make a reservation, no one answered the phone. I left a message, and I never got a call back. Check out happy hour-- half price drinks and appetizers! Although I just now realize they charged us full price for our app! I'll def be visiting again to try out some cocktails!

French toast was served cold without powdered sugar. Very bland tasting. Chicken was burned and sweet potatoes fries were over cooked/burned and waffle was cold. Cocktails were all too strong. Waitress was great though! Very disappointing especially after all the great comments I've heard. Will possibly not return. My friend asked if the owner was in today and she said he/she was. Unfortunately they weren't watching the food come out of the kitchen.
