We come from out of town, maybe once every year and we love this place. Sadly on our last night in Lubbock, we wanted to take home 2 gallons of tea because we dont have a tea exclusive place back home. Closing time said at 9pm but when we arrived at 8:30, it was already closed. Very disappointing.

1 star. Don’t get me wrong, the owner is a fantastic lady. If the jerky I want is out of stock, she calls. When the jerky is back in stock, so I can go get some. I’m a frequent customer, but sadly, when the owner isn’t around, I think it’s her daughter that runs the store. She’s very rude every time I go there. It’s over $50 because we purchase big bags of beef jerky and tea, but when you get rude customer service, it makes you want to go back to HTea0. I hope the owner sees this and really talks to her because she’s going to drive away customers.

Great teas, sweet peach is my favorite, sometimes they forget to ask if you have a rewards program number and you don't get the point, but otherwise, amazing place, would recommend!

Nothing beats a ThirsTeas tea when you are needing to quench your thirst! The store is really clean, has plenty of selections for you to choose from as well. Needing a snack grab an amazing Frios Gourmet Pop! They also have beef jerky and frozen candy as snacks. They have pretty much anything you could want when it comes to tea and snacks!
