My husband just called in and picked up an order for 3 cheeseburgers and fries, two with everything one meat cheese bread only. Just got home and we have 3 plain an dry cheeseburgers, NO jalapeños on the side, and a flat flat flat diet Dr Pepper and cherry lime. We will never be back and don’t recommend anyone go there.

I used to love to eat at Tommy's once a week but they don't get our order right ever i ordered a double meat burger with mayo and cheese i get one patty no tater tots stale fried instead. I love in south west Lubbock so it's not close to drive back. Just crappy crappy food and service

My food was cold and had no flavor I didn't get any entire order what I did get my okra had hair in them so had to throw away my fries were soggy my hamburger had so much mustard on it when I called to tell them they told me it's not thier fault that I didn't get my items and that I didn't like their food and hung up on me

I've never have had an experience like the one I had today they always have everything on track well today 98/31/2024 8pm I went to pickup my order which fell on the ground and the young lady that was giving me my order couldn't reach me and as I grabbed it she let go and it fell on the ground outside the window she turns and starts laughing at first I thought it was me but when she turn around abd laughed I was very disappointed with there service my order was not done the way they always make it since I've been going there I won't be going there for a good while tastes burgers and Jim Danny's have better service and kind workers and they don't laugh in ur face and just stand there on there cell phones or just stand there doing nothing .If u don't want to work stay home .There are alot of people that r trying to get a dissent job .

I ordered a chili cheese burger and the chili was AWFUL!! No redeeming quality at all and the tater tots were burned. I cannot say enough how AWFUL the chili was!!
Come here very often and usually a very good experience but this time the lady taking my order asked me 5 times to repeat my self the asked me what size of jumbo burger I wanted several times after repeating several times the jumbo with mayo she says okay we get there she has headphones on which explains most things can't even hear me at window and then gives me a regular burger with mustard it's just hard to understand some times smh

I recently revisited Tommy's Burger, a place I loved years ago, this time bringing my son for his first experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The food quality didn’t match my memories, and with prices significantly higher, I couldn't help but think that 5 Guys would have been a better choice. The bacon cheeseburger was just average, and the fries were lackluster. My son even remarked that there are much better options out there. I realize I may have set my expectations too high based on past visits. Sorry to say, but it didn’t live up to what I remembered.
