My sister and I planned and threw a 50th Wedding Anniversary for our parents and the team at Top Tier was amazing. We were planning from afar -- we both live across the country from our parents, yet Sarah and her team could NOT have been easier to work with. Sarah immediately replied to all of our emails and phone calls, and had great ideas about how to structure our party. She also helped us pull off a number of surprises for our parents!The space (the McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center) is beautiful and very flexible. It can accommodate a variety of group sizes. The food for the party was all prepared perfectly and was very tasty. We had a number of guests comment on how delicious the food was (we had salmon or beef fillet as protein options). The staff who served the food and drinks were kind and gracious. And the set-up and and clean-up crews were efficient and professional.Our party went perfectly. It could have been really stressful to plan from afar, but instead it was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Top Tier and the folks at the Texas Tech Alumni Center!

Every event I have planned with Top Tier has been amazing and their staff has always gone above and beyond in making my events special. Plus, the panko crusted chicken with angel hair pasta and jalapeno butter sauce is to die for!!!!

Could not recommend this group more highly. Kim Ruiz was a treat to work with and helped make our catering a complete and total success. Many places will try to gouge you for more servings and give you sub-par sizes but Top Tier was 100% on the money and designed the perfect menu for our event. Very very little food went uneaten and our guests left full and very happy.Great job guys!
