Ive had good lunch tacos here but if your looking for a GOOD HOT breakfast taco, I’d go somewhere else. I got my taco and it was cold. Im not sure if it was what i added because the spinach and cheese was so cold. It wasn’t Enjoyable.

Made an online order to take out. Got to the restaurant and let the cashier know and sat down. Over the course of 30 minutes of waiting he asked again 2x if im picking up since nothing came out. 30 minutes of sitting in the restaurant he brings a bag out from the back, all the food is cold.
The manager comes out after I told them and they remade the order, this time the food is just room temperature (meat, tortilla). I just took the food and left, not sure what the issue was here.

This is by far the worst dining experience I've ever had at a torchy's. For starters they were understaffed.. the queso was cold, the fajita chicken lacked salt and flavor.

Update: November 2025. Came back 6 years later and the food was lame at best. Now its the worst Torchy's I have been too. The salad was missing several of the main ingredients and the taco was mediocre. I think you can do much better!!

Me and my grandma came to eat this after noon and we were very disappointed. we ordered and waited about 30 minutes .No one gave us any chips or queso. Every one around us got their food in about 5 minutes as they sat down. i asked on employee about it and he did nothing about it after .waiting a total of 40 minutes we finally got our tacos. NOT TO MENTION ME AND MY GRANDMA WERE THE ONLY MEXICAN PEOPLE IN THAT AREA HOW IRONIC!

The last few trips to this locstion, it seemed to take awhile to get out orders. Last time it was pretty busy, this time not so much and it still took 20 min to get 2 tacos. Still damn good tacos though.
