We have been here three times. First time great experience and great waiter, second time at best average food and waitress spilled a bunch of food part of which on me. We decided to give them another chance. Came in and got on the wait list with an anticipated 15-20 minute wait but after 30-40 minutes we asked if it was going to be much longer and we were told 20 minutes or so. Several parties the same size(3) and were almost immediately seated. That in addition to seeing someone drop a towel on the floor and go back to wiping menus with it made us decide to go elsewhere.

My favorite restaurant in Lubbock, you have to try the wonton nachos and the ancho ribeye. It’s hard to miss with this one.

Our hotel recommended the triple J chophouse. We went, especially for the prime rib, which was excellent! Sides included a nice Caesar salad and a loaded baked potato, as well as a sweet potato custard. The rolls were hot and delicious with butter. The service was excellent, and Kim was very accommodating and helpful in helping us with our order. We had a dessert called “Chocolate Something” which was just OK. The manager came around each table and asked if everything was to our expectations. We absolutely recommend this restaurant, and we will go back when we have another opportunity.
Dang good chicken pot pie!

It was the most tender steak I've ever had. Hats off to the whoever it was that cooked that ribeye. It may just be the best steak I've had in the last 10 years for sure. Thanks for the good food.

Just had an amazing dining experience at Triple J🔥 The steak was absolutely spot on perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in their cuts and preparation. But what really made the evening special was our waiter, Trip he was outstanding! Friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. If you're in Lubbock and craving a great steak with top tier service, Triple J is a must. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love everything about Triple J Chophouse. The noise level is a bit high for a date night if you're sitting towards the back of the restaurant. But still our go to for a good steak and craft beer.
Excellent place for a great meal and excellent service. We were able to book an online reservation and we were greated by an excellent hostess. Chance was our waiter and he was so prompt and polite! Cannot wait for the next visit!

If you don't have anyone who speaks Spanish, at least try to keep the customer from leaving.
The ribeye was delicious and served quickly. I had a side of corn chowder that was second to none. My service was poorly handled, but the food made the dinner a winner.

We arrived at 3:50 pm. Almost no customers there at that time. We left after 15 minutes of sitting in the waiting area.
