Smoothie taste like water for some reason today, and my oatmeal chia pudding was made Tuesday based off the label on the top, and it's currently Sunday. My banana is browning and my blueberries are going bad. The bottom is runny like its been seeping. Really dislike when the GM isn't there as he can't manage the kiddos working there.

I’ve visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe several times now, and every single experience has been excellent! I’ve tried different wraps each time along with their smoothies, and I have to say — everything has been fresh, flavorful, and made with great quality ingredients. The wraps are easily some of the best I’ve had around the area — always perfectly balanced with taste, texture, and seasoning. Whether it’s chicken, turkey, or veggie options, each one has been delicious and satisfying.
Their smoothies are just as impressive — refreshing, naturally sweet, and packed with flavor. It’s the perfect combo to pair with a wrap for a quick lunch or a healthy snack. The staff are always friendly and prepare the orders quickly, which makes it convenient for takeout or when I’m in a rush.
I also appreciate how easy it is to order online — the process is smooth, and the food is always ready on time. The place has a nice, clean, and upbeat vibe, perfect for grabbing something light yet filling. I paid $14 for this. One it isn’t even half full. 2, i paid an extra dollar to be given a tiny dollop of Nutella. And 3, instead of granola y’all gave me peanut butter. For $14 dollars y’all need to do better.

This location looks like any other Tropical Smoothie Café, but the quality control on both the food and smoothies is extremely disappointing. There’s a clear difference compared to other locations, and when I do want Tropical Smoothie, I’d rather drive an extra 15 minutes to the one on 80th because I know I’ll get the quality I’m looking for there.

Got charged for something i didn’t order and when i asked for a refund they told me they are no longer allowed to do that and a general manager is the only one who can do that. So I asked when the general manager would be here and she tells me that he doesn’t live here and she will have to text him. I work in this industry so I know that isn’t true at all. PLEASE DO BETTER AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES CORRECTLY.
