The food was good, with exception of cheese enchiladas. Cheese not melted in center. No wonder we got our food in about 10 minutes after ordering. Drinks were the best and never disappoint.

My husband and I went for date night on Saturday. The place was very busy, but we’re seated quickly. The sever was nice and also the rest of the staff. Food was great as usual and came out very fast for how busy they were. One complaint I had was that the glasses for our drinks were dirty, food residue was still left on the glasses and you can feel the glasses were dirty on the outside. We had a manager come over and look and she agreed it was not ok. Apologies were made and we were taken care of. Hopefully this was a one time thing, maybe the dishwasher wasn’t working properly? We appreciate the attentiveness and apologies given.

This was on a delivery order the 1st for me was inedible. 2 weeks almost to the day I reordered adding cilantro rice. They did a lot better on the packaging for delivery by making it where you build it after it gets here. Thank you it worked. The only suggestion left is to ask you to change your base lettuce from leaf lettuce to iceberg. I did not receive my cilantro rice. I've noticed from other reviews that is a common with y'all. On specially busy nights you need a quality assurance person that makes sure everything gets to your customers in the restaurants and food is there and what your delivery customers wanted are fixed and all is there before leaving the store. That's all I have hope it helps!

Their phone etiquette could use a lot of work. The employee acted like her time was more valuable than my own. Needless to say I was not impressed 😒 It really let me down to entertain the idea of me and my family attempting to go there later.

Not sure what the problem with the staff is but any time I pick up an uber order it’s like I’m not even there. Every single person walks right by you and doesn’t even acknowledge you. One young girl who wasn’t even waiting tables came to help me after 10 minutes and multiple other employees completely ignoring me. Same rude people every single time!

Got the skirt steak fajitas, and once again, they didn't disappoint! Thank you again for the great service to our large group(12-5-24). Bathrooms were clean, and the dining area was warm and inviting too. Our waitress did well at taking care of everyone, and the food was hot, fresh, and delivered an excellent presentation! Huge thanks to the entire team at Julio's for making our company Chrismas dinner a great one.

We visited Uncle Julio's on a Friday night around 9pm and sat in the bar area. When entering the restaurant I was immediately greeted by Amanda who was very nice. We were taken care of by the bartenders Rae and Conner. Both provided excellent service and great recommendations. We were also visited by managers Belami and Sydney. Belami recommended the Tres Amigos margarita which was fantastic. Sydney checked in and made sure our meals were perfect. Per Rae's recommendation I tried the chicken fajitas which were amazing. Wow! Probably the best I ever had. We also had the queso which was quite tasty. The restaurant has a really nice vibe. Everyone there really seemed to be enjoying their jobs and happy to be there. I will be back!
This restaurant is dark and quiet. The food is really good. The soda machine is on point. They give two options with their salsa. The steak fajitas were great. The waiter wasn’t overly all of us but tended to our needs and didn’t forget anything.

Cheese enchilada was so tough had to cut with a knife, beef enchilada was almost hollow. Server was not glad we were there, not friendly and very straight faced. Disappointed for our first visit.
