This isn’t my first terrible experience here, my fiancé loves this place so I tolerate it. This past Sunday, we decided to go here and I usually get the taco salad, while my fiancé gets fajitas. Well the menu changed, so already some are disappointed there. We get our food, and my fiancé is missing stuff from his $32 plate. By the time I reach the bottom of my salad, I find a short dark thick hair. Looks to be a beard hair of some kind. (I have long brown hair and my partner is a ginger). I didn’t complain while I was there because I had already received a free meal from here before and didn’t want to be accused of anything. So, just beware where you eat and check if the kitchen is properly wearing hair AND beard nets.

I was really excited to go and eat here. The restaurant was not full when we arrived, yet we were seated at a booth that shared a wall with the kitchen. Our waitress was very nice and did a great job. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and after 2 bowls of chips and 4 margaritas later our food finally arrived to be told they were sorry it took so long but they were busy. Our food was barely lukewarm. I'm really disappointed with this place and will not be going back.

Went to dinner this evening got there at 7 and let’s just say it’s 10:23 and we are just now leaving the restaurant……. Waiting almost 2 hrs for a table ordered food and we got the most horrible tasting food ever….. I got the chicken fajitas and the were ice cold mind you and that’s because the come out on a sizzling hot plate …. the chicken still had its skin on it and they plate with rice has a teaspoon of it on the plate like each rice kernel had been counted out beans were just thrown on the side later after the fact!!! Tortillas were not even in a tortilla warmer…My husband ordered the fajitas and well the were horrible chicken and beef were cold and cheese was not even melted…… and chips were soggy……..the waiter never even asked if everything was ok……. Nor did he care!!!!!! We asked for our ticket paid our ticket in full and left knowing that we will never be back

We had a reservation at 7:30. We were not seated until 8:15. We quickly ordered our drinks which took 30 minutes to get out to us. Our food did not arrive until 9:50 and only half of it showed up and most of it was cold and gross. Not a good place - would NOT recommend. :(

Very unprofessional restaurant took almost closing time for us to get our food, not atentative whatsoever, including the fact that the whole entire bar is completely scattered with food so people couldn’t even sit down. This is not a place I will ever come back to. I hope the manager sees this and knows what kind of Google reviewer I am

The restaurant itself was wonderful — beautiful atmosphere and delicious food! We came to celebrate our son’s birthday and ordered the chocolate piñata for dessert, which was amazing. However, our experience was spoiled a bit by the service. The waiter was very inattentive — she brought the huge piñata plate without even clearing space on the table. It really took away from the special moment.
We still enjoyed the food and the setting, but better service would have made the evening truly perfect.
Mmmmmmm so good. Slightly different than your normal Tex-Mex. Will be back next time we visit Lubbock for sure. Great service and delicious food.

Food was cold. Rice was hard. Server didn't fill your drink when empty. And when he finally did, he just poured tea without any ice. Also didn't fill the chips and we ordered queso that got cold while waiting on chips. Horrible food. Horrible service. Steak fajitas were not grilled, meat was boiled. Beans were old and hard. Will not eat here again.

Beautiful restaurant, and presentation of the food as well. However, the food was definitely a big disappointment and nothing to brag on especially the rice! I think that was the worse Mexican rice I have ever had. Service was excellent!
