Went in this morning and had one of there steak wraps which didn’t really have any taste and wasn’t impressed. Also ordered one of there juices and the cashier looked at me like I was crazy and said they didn’t have that. Her customer service was not great at all ! Would not recommend spending your money here !

I eat here often (once a week) because the bowls are good, but after several order mess ups and rude customer service I feel compelled to leave a review.

I’ve ordered door dash here at least 3 times on each occasion an item was missing, incorrect or they gave me a random order. This all while my name and order were clearly labeled and stapled onto the bag.

Customer service is poor, they will have you waiting out front for 5 min while staring at you through the window. I always tip, but the two times I didn’t they gave me the bowl with missing ingredients or it was obviously tampered BOH by one of the employees. The first time they gave me an acai bowl that was all granola and like 2 oz of smoothie. The second time, ingredients were missing plus the texture and flavor were off as if someone tampered it. Unfortunately it made me sick afterwards :/ mind Ive ordered this same bowl multiple times.

Idk maybe they need to be paid better probably why they’re upset all the time. But be careful with this location and be sure to tip or they’ll mess up your order or tamper with your food

Bowls are great! As far as customer service goes, not so much. The cashier was rude and unhelpful while I was trying to figure out the app for my first time signing up to get a discount.

I ordered online, and ordered a bowl and a bottled water. Upon arriving they asked me my name, handed me a bag, and said have a good day. I realized that the bag didn’t have a bottled water in it. On my way back, my bowl also spilled out in the car, but I’m excluding this as super important because I’m not entirely sure if the lid coming off was my doing. When I went back to the store to explain the situation, there was no apology. I was treated like I should’ve known that I was supposed to get the bottled water myself, and she doubted that I bought a bottled water and handed me a cup of water instead. She couldn’t pull up the receipt so I had to go through my email to prove that I bought a bottled water. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for over 2 years now, and would’ve done everything in my power to satisfy the customer. Bad customer service makes me angry and I don’t tolerate it. I should not have tipped. Whoever the owner is should really train the staff better.

Tried Vitality Bowls on Quaker (my 1st visit) with a friend (she' a regular ;) ) for lunch yesterday AND it was SOOOO good!! The Super Green Goddess Salad was amazing!!! It is so nice to have a place with truly healthy options that are also truly tasty!!!

Hangover cures, post-workout recovery, healthy pregnancy meal- we get it all from here! Great place and worth the price.

Best place to get protein healthy food wish there was one in my town and there smoothies are amazing! Although I will say original size will not fill you so size up
