I’d like to commemorate the late night Wendy’s crew off 19th. They have excellent service and are a fun bunch of workers. Tay and Anna really made my night and I will gladly return to this establishment for my late night food runs.

I went for a interview 2 times one was at 8:30am and the other was at 9 am I went both times the front doors were locked and when I called they said the first time the GM wasn’t there because she forgot she had a interview the second times they said we would have to wait till the GM gets there and they didn’t know when that was gonna be definitely do not recommend applying to work there

I was in the drive thru, employee leaving insisted on squeezing in next to me at the delivery window to return something she forgot, scratching my car. Burger was over done. I trashed it.

Every time we go to this Wendy's something is wrong this time it was the drink machine we were told after we ordered that all dark colored drinks were flat all the drinks were bad and fries were not even warm I'm beginning to wonder if fast food places think people just spend their money to get food that is not worth it

Never actually ate here Bc it took 30 minutes to get through the 5 line and when I was finally able to order their system was down. They were also out if the pretzel bun, croutons, medium and large lids and a number of other items

I'm 8 months pregnant so I needed to sit down and eat my boyfriend and our 2 toddler girls had ordered food waited 25 mins for food it tasted okay but immediately after eating my stomach was hurting my girls only ate some of their food the atmosphere was dirty the place smelled musty the carpet in the dining room was so dirty I can tell they never clean it and the floors were s to sticky and there was no ice in the machine and the drinks were watered down the ketchup station was out and dirty the employees were standing around and we noticed one of the males poking his nose I woke up the next morning so sick and had diarrhea I called the Wendy's the General manager answered said there was nothing he could do I said can I at least get a refund he said no they obviously don't care about customer service and I wish I would of seen the reviews on this location before I went moldy food ? the reviews of this place are sickening Im surprised thier still open

Tried to go through the drive through and was asked to pull forward just to wait 15 min for our food to come out. It was cold when we finally did get it.

Ordered through doordash. Cancelled my order and refused to answer the phone so I could figure out why it was cancelled. Thhey are supposed to be open until midnight. I didn't even have a big order but I guess either their system is down or their too lazy to do their jobs.

The young lady who took our order was rude rushing us when we were trying to figure out what we wanted when I asked to add an extra frosty she proceeded to mumble oh my god and proceeded to give an attitude when I asked for my receipt I highly would not recommend going there if you need a minute to figure out what you want to order because they will rush you to order and catch attitude as well
I met my girlfriend there for lunch on Thursday. The service was fast and friendly. The food was very reasonable and tasty. And I've got a free frosty pass I bought in Dec so I can get a free frosty every time I visit, oh I bought one of those for my girlfriend too. Good job guys

Disgusting!! No one has a passion for cooking. They just throw it together just for fast service. I hate hamburger meat, but I will eat it if it's cook well done. It was very cold and the fries were cold too. Just Disgusting!!!

Been a good while since patronizing this establishment because of previous bad experiences. Coupons smooth the way and the results much better. Fast friendly and clean. Just remember when ordering burgers they put ketchup and mayo. You need to ask for mustard.

I wasn't able to get a receipt because supposedly the receipt machine wasn't working the girl at the window was rude and I don't know why they asked what kind of sauce I wanted if they're not going to put it in the bag..

I really like Wendy's and most of the time the food is good and right, but this morning I went through the drive thru and got a Breakfast Baconator combo meal and was disappointed when I got home to eat. Wendy's advertisement states the Breakfast Baconator sandwich comes with 6 pieces of bacon and when I opened my sandwich it only had 3 pieces of bacon. If their going to advertise it and I'm paying for it, then I should receive it. Check your sandwich before you leave and see if you are getting what you paid for. P.S. that's the whole point of a Baconator sandwich is the good amount of bacon on it....
