Closing time online shows 2:30am. This is not true. They closed at 2am. Refusing to speak to me at the drive thru. I waited at their window. They looked at me, and did not speak to me. I waived at them, and they shook their head “no.” The least they could do is say “We’re closed”

Ordered a double with no cheese. I received a double with cheese. I was literally the only customer there at 9:15pm. The receipt is correct so I’m not blaming the person that took my order. I am blaming the idiot that made it. It’s SO SIMPLE just don’t put cheese on it. That’s all ya gotta do, is less work. Extremely disappointing. My fault for not double checking before I left the drive through, I just figured it was such a simple order, surely they don’t mess it up. I was wrong.
It wouldn’t be a big deal if the cheese wasn’t completely melted into the beef patties. I would just remove the cheese but you can’t remove the cheese when it’s melted into every crevice of the beef.

Loved the olde school vibe of the interior. Really made me feel like I had stepped back. Stepped back into a simpler time where if you didn’t have cash you could just give them your card and they would bring out that big ol card machine and they would put your card in and then they would put the carbon copy thing on top and then slide it from right to left and it would make this loud *SHHGHKT SKKGHT* sound. But that’s how you knew that it was gon be ireee. I don’t like the new WENSDAYS CROSSOVER. The SAUCE was STRANGE AND GREY…. Why is the sauce grey. I turn 67 years old tomorrow

Why would anyone advertise a brownie Oreo frosty and not put brownies in it!? Ridiculous that’s false advertising! And when I asked why there wasn’t any brownies in the frosty I was told oh no the chocolate inside is the brownie sooooo you mean the chocolate syrup that’s mixed into the frosty is supposed to be the brownie? Disappointing

If I'm paying extra for your special meal, make sure you give me the special sauces. Workers are rude when I asked for them. It's literally part of it. This location has messed it up several times already and was incredibly rude when I asked them for the sauces.

The food was old not fresh like it should have been & it was a Saturday evening around 8:30. I was very disappointed because it wasn't even edible. The cheeseburger was cold as well as the fries. The drink was the only thing that tasted right.
