Ordered a $10 salad, got home took the lid off and it stunk so bad! The lettuce was dark brown and the whole salad was slimy!!

Poor service . When ordering I guess the intercom didn't hear I ordered and missed 6$ deal only heard sandwich and Frosty. Had to walk in after waiting outside 4 10min for chicken to find my out receipt showed I was wrong. Cashier was right. Fry guy was willing to help but I was not trying to be rude sorry but I just asked about order but guess I apologize and then walked out but guess they didn't hear. Cause as I walked out the vibe was clear I was not a good customer. Sorry Wendy's. Loved food not service..
We all got frosty unfortunately they tasted more like dishwater instead of the classic Frosty.

This is the only fast food place in Lubbock that I don’t check my bag before I drive away. I place a mobile order a couple times a week and it is always correct. The staff is always friendly and smiles and does the little things. I don’t usually leave a review for a fast food place, but I trust this location and appreciate the good service. Food is always good. Please never take the biggie bag off the menu lol

I went into Wendy's the other day and the manager was very nice. He made sure I was taken care of, that my order was correct and helped me out with my coupon. I had a very good experience and recommend this location for good service.

Got a Frosty and it was good as usual. Used to get a 4 for $4 then went up to $5 & now $6-$7. No. Ate at home
I have been to this location a few times now and they get my order wrong more often than not by missing an item while charging me for it. I hate getting home after going through the drive-thru to find an item (especially one that my wife is wanting) missing. And the employee at the window should get in the habit of providing a receipt, especially to those who pay by card.

This is the worst Wendy's in Lubbock, very rude workers that have no respect for customers...... Customer service is becoming ancient due to this generation of employees, who hate their jobs and the customers....

Food was ok. Service would have been ok if it were not for the employees arguing. Apparently one disappeared and left the other to do his work. When confronted he said he didn't have to tell them Sh!+ because he was taking a Sh!+. All this while the manager was cooking and ignored the situation.

Drive through…when a person orders and says they want mustard, bacon, lettuce , tomato and onions. And repeated the order twice. They expect just that, not just meat, cheese and bun!!! And the meat not to be burned!!! Extremely disappointed!!
