Wendy's Reviews
Worst Wendy’s I have been too! The guy was rude taking the order. The guy at at window got pissed because I asked him to repeat my order. They hand me my food. I needed 2 large fries and a small fry got 2 small fries instead. Then the power goes out. The lady comes to the window and is like “I might be able to make you one large fry”, I told her it’s fine because I know there power just went out. I get home not only are our burgers cold but NOTHING is what we ordered....read full review
I’ve never had a positive experience at ANY Wendy’s location.
From raw hamburgers, to plastic in my chicken nuggets and constant horrible customer service. Every time I leave dissatisfied.

Wendy's is a popular fast food restaurant that offers a range of menu items, including burgers and chicken nuggets. While some customers have praised the friendly staff, others have reported issues with service and food quality. Recently, a customer had a positive experience with an online order, appreciating that their order was correct, included the right amount of sauces, and was still hot upon arrival. However, there are mixed reviews about food consistency; for instance, the breakfast fries were noted as stale and cold, and a Cinnabon was described as hard. Some customers enjoy specific meals, like baked potatoes and small chili, which are favorites for dinners. Overall, Wendy's has the potential to offer great food and service, but maintaining quality and consistency remains important.
