This location is a great example of how far Wendy's has fallen after Dave Thomas passing. This place cannot get anything right. Every time I have been there I have had some issue during that visit. I went in to order so I could take it home. I was told by an employee that it would be 15-20 minutes because "we are trying to get all these orders out". Wow. Isn't that the job of everyone that works in fast food. The fancy expensive soda machine was not working. Nearly every option read "unavailable" when the button was pushed. I tried to email Wendy's corporate compliance and they just blew me off saying that was a franchisee location. No kidding. Wendy's is supposed to care if their locations are not being operated in a manner that makes them look good. I won't ever go back to this location.

Sat in the drive-through for over 30 minutes just to be told to move up whenever there’s nobody in front of me. They’re always missing stuff from my order and ridiculous customer service.

If ever you find yourself here expect them to be (1) out of at least one of the items you want and (2) they will have you pull to the side as they do not have your order ready. Not matter the time of day or the amount of customers, they will always take FOREVER to get you your food.

service was amazing. thank you to whoever worked evening shift on 2-19-24. only 3 people working i believe and everything on my order was right(i spent $30) even asked for some extra condiments to be put in the bag when i was ordering (not when i was at the window) and they did.

If you want hot, fresh, delicious French fries, this is not your place. If it's 9 p.m. and you want cold, stale, rubbery French fries, give this place a try. They've perfected that technique. At least the drive thru girl was nice enough.

Slowest place on Earth I could of drove around the whole loop and came back and still been waiting.
I went for a salad with fried chicken around 10:30pm order a couple of other items with the salad that I had to wait for .. when I got my salad the fried chicken was cold & hard not a even warm temperature. I called and talk to some one there and of course they asked me to come back so it could be fixed my thing is I had already had to wait was it a problem to drop me a fresh fried chicken? I mean I didn’t mind giving y’all my money to fund y’all pay checks and to top it off I was the only customer at the time they weren’t busy or anything I understand they ready to go home and everything but as an ex fast food restaurant employee if I have customers waiting their food will b fresh and correct other than that everything else I got was correct

First time at this location, not impressed, the door on the N. Side is broken so it won't open, no sign on it, you either walk or drive around to the opposite side of the building, I had the store to myself with plenty of employees, it took forever to get a single w/ cheese and Ketchup only, the dining room hadn't been swept from the night before, the bathroom was clean. I'll pass on this store next time.

Just left the drive-thru, bought an asiago chicken sandwich, as soon as I finished eating it I had to throw up. Don't know if the ranch is bad but do not get this sandwich.

Went thru drive thru to order dinner it's late I understand but no need to serve cold fries just bc they were closing soon. Then when I went back thru to get fresh fries lady was rude bc I stated cold fries. Then I got to the window asked for manager name she asked me why? Seriously if your people don't want to work hire new people who do.
