Waited in the drive thru nearly 30 mins with only 1 car in front of me just before midnight. I ordered 2 chillis and a burger. 2nd time I went about a week later, they had no chilli (the only thing i ordered) and had to get a refund. Frustrating since the one closes to me doesn't have chilli as an online menu option so I have to drive twice as far for subpar service

I don't honestly know what's wrong with the staff here one girl got irritated at the window bc I was genuinely tryna help in to pay part of the order , but 1 thing u not gonna do is give me a PLAIN ass frosty with crunch on top when it's CARAMEL CRUNCH that I ordered where is the caramel?? . it's the fact that I had to have my husband yell at them to know how to use my phone to pay while they saying it's not working after we already yelled out the window TWICE like looks to be the manager 😕 thru the drive thru window to use two cards bc it's not fair for my mom in law to buy us all food with her card while she stuck in the hospital. Do better Wendy's and teach your staff to have better attitude.

Went through Mobile order and got a big bacon double burger drove all the way home to find a single patty sad burger full of onions. Maggie the GM handled my dispute with professionalism and kindness. That makes a difference because even a bag experience can be turned around with professional maturity and we will be back.

We went here on Saturday at 11 am on our wedding day to get something to eat before our wedding and we used the kiosh and on the screen it was showing breakfast menu so we ordered breakfast and paid for it and when we got to the counter the guy was so rude to us he said they didn't have breakfast we told him well why did the breakfast menu came on the kiosk to order it he said well I don't know but we don't have breakfast so I asked him well can you refund us our $15 back into our card than since you don't have breakfast he said no I can't than I asked him well is there a manager here to talk to and ask about our refund he said yes I'm like ok well xan I talk to them he said wait and than he ignored us for alittle but I asked him again he told me well she said we can't give you a refund cause you used the kiosk to place your order and those don't have nothing to do with us or with Wendy I told him than why have them so you all gonna screw us with our money and keep.it he said oh well not our problem so don't go eat there or order from there kiosk cause they will keep your money this will be our last time going to any Wendy's we wanted to try something new but we should had gone to whataburger instead or McDonald's somewhere else I recommend not to go to.wendys unless you want to get robbed for your money and on our wedding day bad very bad experience

Terrible service. Waited almost 15min for a burger and salad. When I went to see they STILL haven't made my salad but was making other salads and the burger was just sitting on the counter getting cold. Didn't give me my full refund because they wouldn't take the drink back even though the manager said they xantrake it back if I drunk some and I explained the tea was untouched not even a straw was put in. She hung up and refused to give me my full refund

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken nugget meal with 3 sweet and sour sauces. At the window, I reminded the employee to please include 3 sauces, and she said okay. After pulling forward, a guy brought out my order, and of course, there were only 2 sauces. When I asked for the extra one, he went back inside, only to return empty-handed, saying an extra sauce costs 65 cents.

Are you kidding me? First, I clearly requested 3 sauces when I ordered, and second, if there’s a charge, I should’ve been told up front. This kind of nickel-and-diming over sauce is ridiculous, especially when they couldn’t get the order right in the first place.

We come to lubbock once a year. Last year they charged us for a double meat sandwich when we wanted single. We didn't catch it till we left. This year they dis the same thing and I said is the #1 a double? They said their told to upgrade everything unless the customer says something different. (ILLEGAL) The fries were old and cold.

This time they messed with the wrong customer. I get home and get my paperwork together to file action against them.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH with these ripoff businesses!
