We went in tonight. We have been going there since they were on 82nd street. The last 2 times have been AWFUL. My husband had to ask them to reheat his calzone because it was cold inside and the cheese was not melted. I ordered a meat calzone with mushrooms and jalapeños. I got a beef calzone with black olives, which I HATE. Took so long I just asked for a refund. The 2 girls working there could not give 2 shits. Won't be going back. DO NOT recommend.

Without wasting another breath on the worst customer service ever. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Waited 1 1/2 hours ONLY PEOPLE IN THE PLACE!!! Didn't have half the stuff on menu and never got food. No manager on site to give refund (guy could barely run register). Called 3 times and employee said good luck ever catching a manager there to get refund or a call back. Seems to be a pattern after reading other reviews. Poor management can only be blamed for short staffed untrained employees and never at work or call back.

Pizza was ok. Out of six tables, two had customers, and out of the remaining four, two were dirty. There was water surrounding one of the other tables. I don't know if there was a water leak or they mopped and left water around it. There was three of us and we asked for a menu and the guy only brought us one. We were not impressed.

The mighty have fallen. :/ West Crust used to be my favorite local pizza place but not so much now. First, I am a little wary when the cook doesn't take his gloves off when taking your order and money - are those gloves to protect him from the food or the other way around?? Ordered the Cowboy and I guess I didn't remember how thin the crust was - I've seen saltine crackers that were thicker. When it finally arrived half the crust was beyond burnt, it was basically ashes, totally inedible. We were hungry and in a hurry so we didn't have time to ask him to remake it we just ate around the charred parts. Between the minuscule crust, burnt parts and skimpy toppings we were still hungry and had to stop somewhere else afterwards. If you're in the neighborhood and hungry skip this place and go to neighboring restaurants Cantina Laredo or Twisted Root. We won't be back.

Don't go there. It's dirty and we went after church on Sunday and they had one employee making pizzas. Noticing this, I asked the lone employee how long it's be for a pizza. He said, 15-20mins. Not bad. Well, 20mins later he was finally making it. Taste great but this place isn't near as good as it used to be when they were on 82nd street. Sad

Have tried to order lunch, they were cleaning their ovens; tried to order dinner and they were out of dough. Maybe if they have better service they wouldn't have to close at 8 on a Thursday night. Love their pizza but I won't try again.

Worst pizza I've ever had. I wish I had just thrown frozen pizza in the oven. They left off half of the toppings, there was no sauce on our pizza at all and replace pablano peppers for bell peppers. We will never be back.

Only one lady working here on the day of graduation for Texas tech students (during lunch rush...) really? Warn customers for long waits in advance, as people have travel plans during grad season.. you should be aware of this since you are part of the Lubbock community. This same worker was also handling cards and cash with the SAME gloves as for making pizzas while we watched. Gross. At the very least, the pizza was good. 2 stars for pizza, 1 for service...
