Angel is great! I had an idea to mix my two favorite drinks (butterfly tea & matcha) and she did it for me! It turned out better than I expected, I always love coming here and trying new things.

I usually have a decent experience here, with several different flavors and bases to choose from. The biggest downside for me is how none of the milk teas seem to have adjustable sweetness, and are all tooth achingly sweet. I tried to see if even the thai milk tea could be made unsweetened/less sweet, and the employee said it could be, however the drink was still incredibly sweet, what I would consider 100% sweetness at other shops I usually get thai tea at. Disappointing since this flavor is my go to when I want a more savory milk tea and the sweetness overpowers all the other drink's flavor.

Customer service is absolutely terrible!!!!!!
Upon arrival I ordered 3 drinks and a group of college students was behind me. I ordered my drinks and stepped to the side to wait. I sat for about 8 mins while the group of college students ordered and GOT there drinks!! It was 4 drinks for the group and they all got their drinks before I did and still waited another 6 mins for my drinks.

Love this place. Great customer service they are so nice, respectful and patient. Helped me a lot in choosing what drink I like and if I didn’t like it they would make me a new one. Definitely recommend 10 out 10 and I’m for sure coming here again.

It was super packed in there today and there was one girl working (I did not get her name) and I just want to applaud her! It was super overwhelming and she still got everyone their drinks just how they wanted them! She deserves a raise!

Has to be the best Boba in LBK strawberry banana smoothie blueberry smoothie, tropical lemonade tea and the king milk tea where grate the flavor was on point not all artificial tasting like some are the owners husband was a grate guy as well started a conversation and the staff was a delightful as well.
