Went today and the girl and guy working there weren’t very friendly I was greeted when I walked in and the girl was rude whenever I was ordering my drinks. This is the first bad experience I’ve had with costumer service here, and I’ve tried to order the avocado smoothie for two weeks in a row and have been told the avocados aren’t ripe ? which is fine but take it off the menu if I’m not going to be able to order it.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I was so upset with the service we received last weekend, 3/16/23, and I feel it needs to be addressed. It was my families first time visiting and my kids were excited to get some boba to end our night. We rushed over after our movie and got there with a little more than 15 minutes before close. I don’t like to be that person to get somewhere right before it closes and had it been 5-10 minutes, we would’ve just not gone. As soon as we walked in the girl working in the back gave a huge sigh and rolled her eyes. No hello or welcome in from either of the two employees. Just a flat what can I get for you from the girl at the register. We looked over the menu quickly and with each drink I ordered I was met with a condescending attitude. We paid and waited for the drinks. While we waited, my husband took my youngest to the bathroom and while they were in there the girls just sat and whispered to each other and kept glancing over to us. Once they set the drinks on the counter they came around and started turning off the lights and getting ready to close up. Mind you it wasn’t even 10 yet which is what time they close. It was clear they were bothered by us so as soon as my husband was back, we grabbed our drinks and left without a single word from either employee. The drinks themselves were really good which is a shame because now I have no intention of going back. I worked customer service for several years and I never behaved that way.

Grace and Kamber made my day amazing. I walked in after having a bad day and their recommendations and service were great!!! I was indecisive of what to get and they were so patient and helpful providing samples to help narrow down my choices. Would definitely come back!!!!! Cute study spot!!!

Cozy boba shop, very aesthetic with a good selection of drinks. Big fan of the strawberry milk tea here, but honestly everything is good! Wish the parking situation was a little easier but hard to blame the business for that one.

Loved its cute and cozy atmosphere! Service was good! Ordered two drinks (green tea with lychee flavor and garden blossom (one of its signature drinks)). They were just perfect and delicious. However the bubbles were hard.

Love this place especially since I never knew I loved boba.
Had leche smoothie with boba and taro milk tea which is their signature drink. Good taste and better atmosphere for kids and had some games to play like chess , carroms and some puzzle games. Great ambience with peaceful environment. Great place to visit and had lots of varieties in the menu.

1st day I went, I came in with my friend and our troop of children we were charged with that day. The girl who helped us with our orders seemed pissed cause we had a lot to order, but I still tipped anyway. Literally every drink we got was DELICIOUS!!!! That butterfly milk tea was scrumptious and the island escape. So then I had to come today because I was like I want to try more drinks off the menu and the London Fog tea w/ boba is spankin toooooo anyway what a great place!

Some of the best boba I've had. Their mochi and macarons are delicious and they have a great pumpkin spice smoothie.
