Not happy that I had to wait 40 minutes for cold food and the manager was rude and he didn’t even care my food was sitting on the counter along with other orders I’m not the only person who was waiting forever for the food every one was pissed off but they weren’t saying anything.this place is dirty and the employees were just waiting around doing nothing instead of handing out orders to customers.This location is not organized and clean I will not be coming back.

We waited in the drive thru line for almost 40 minutes and no one even came to greeet us at the window or acknowledge us I noticed that the manager was doing everything by himself while two other employees just stood there and talked and giggled. I actually started to feel bad for the manager because he had no real help. We won’t be going back to that whataburger anytime soon

I have consistently had positive experiences with this location, even on late busy nights. However, tonight I ordered food for my son and myself and received undercooked chicken strips. Upon taking a bite, I immediately spat it out, as this is completely unacceptable. The chicken was raw, and my child could have potentially consumed it first

I didn't like the unclean feel to this place. The chicken burger was okay, but the lettuce was subpar. The fountain drink machine was very carbonated and was hard to tell when the cup was full due to the bubbles. Napkins and other food utensils were sparse or empty. The restroom requires a code to use. Parking is tedious due to the 19th street construction. I was not impressed, but I was in a bind to get food in a short time window.
