We went into Whataburger today for lunch. We were greeted by the manager who was really kind. The restaurant was very clean and there were plenty of folks working and ready to assist customers. As we walked in the manager gave us a free card to try the pico de gallo hamburger for free. It's a $10 hamburger so I said sure! Thank you. So I ordered my hamburger and fries and a Coke. Then he also asked us if we would like to try the new prickly pear raspberry lemonade. Y'all, this is an upcoming drink that will be sold I believe starting in July. I showed you pictures. However it is so good and refreshing! It has little pieces of chopped up raspberries on the top. It will be perfect for a hot summer West Texas day. I highly recommend this particular Whataburger as they seem to be very focused on how they can serve their customers. Every time I go in there they are customer centered. I highly recommend this particular Whataburger across from Texas Tech University and thank them for their kindness today.

I'm from Amarillo TX every time I go to lubbock and stay overnight I stop in at night. There is one particular guy working Vincent he has such good customer service, always has a smile on his face. He always goes above and beyond and works so hard.

I absolutely enjoy my experience every time I go to this store! There is an employee named Vincent that always recognizes me every time I go. I noticed how hard working he is, and how he great he handles stressful situations so calmly! He goes absolutely above and beyond for not only for customers like me, but for his team! I’ve always seen him lend a helping hand to his team no matter what! Which is very rare to find. He makes sure everything was correct in my order every time. My order expectations and accuracy are always above and beyond thanks to him! I never go to any other whataburger besides this one because of the service he gave me from the first time I came to the last time I went! Good job Vincent ! Top tier service every single time!

I'm not happy with the service here. I don't know how hard it it to make sure you put salad dressing with a salad that's ordered online. I mean if hire kids and they obviously can't read the order correctly why even have them working there at all this place is getting just as BAD as Panda Express.
