50th and Utica location stays so busy. You wait 30 minutes in line expecting fresh food. When we got our order, the fries were cold and old, and not to mention our burger was soggy as if it had been sitting there. We always get horrible food thinking the next time will be better. But it doesn't. We watched through the window as the cooks were standing playing around at that. Never again with that location.

I got a jr Whataburger and it was cold when I got it. I also got a double meat burger too, my spouse say it was warm. But that still help the fact that my burger was cold. Both of them should have been warm

This Whataburger on 50th street was very clean the staff was happy and nice. The food was prepared perfectly and served HOT!! That is one of the most important things to me, I like my food hot and fresh. This place was excellent!!!

I sat here for 2 hours I would’ve went to a steak house if I knew this horrible service was lined up whoever owns this place is done it’s going out of business in 1-3 years, I’ve never seen anything like this, it is really bad, good luck to the owner sell now

It’s ridiculous that I have to wait 30 min in the drive thru just to order food when there’s no one inside and only a few cars ahead of me at the window. Fast food is supposed to fast not sometime in an hour food.

Asked to have my free coupon for a green chile bacon cheeseburger redeemed that I received at a cowboys game, they said this item was no longer available.. I asked politely if they could possibly put another burger roughly the same price range in place for the coupon. They refused to do this so I went ahead and payed for another meal of choosing. And I know this isn’t a big deal but just to top the cake I asked for some extra spicy ketchup as well and only got one. So👍😂

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for our order. We live just 5 mins away. French fries were cold, stale, and rock hard. My son’s burger had NO PATTY. This should be unacceptable to give out to customers. Do better. This is trash. We will no longer eat at Whataburger ever again.
