The manger is rude and disrespectful to the customers and I have a speech issues so people have a hard time knowing what i said and I was showing my phone because I can’t said the word and the employee was looking at me telling me what over and over while looking at my phone and turn around say what if I can’t read plain out rude

My parents were visiting from out of town when they had a blowout in front of this Whataburger. The manager (Steve or Steven, maybe? Parents can’t remember his exact name) was so kind to come out and not only help change their flat, but he also bought their lunch. It’s people like this and companies such as Whataburger who make a difference in our community and the lives of those in it.

Worst service I have ever gotten today!!! I ordered a number 4 and had to repeat myself several times for lack of the young lady doing her job and her just laughing with others. She finally got it correct. Then when I get to the window I was only given the burger and nothing else was even placed on the order ....why if she even asked what I wanted to drink....I took my burger and left ...please train your workers to care about taking proper orders!!!
I had the Hatch green chili double meat cheeseburger, OMG 😱😱 it was one of the best WHATABURGERS I had eaten in some time. This was my 1st first at this location but anytime that I'm in TX, I make it a point to eat at WHATABURGER 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤗🤗 Pansa llena Corazón contenta best dam Hatch green chili WHATABURGER I've had

50th and Utica location stays so busy. You wait 30 minutes in line expecting fresh food. When we got our order, the fries were cold and old, and not to mention our burger was soggy as if it had been sitting there. We always get horrible food thinking the next time will be better. But it doesn't. We watched through the window as the cooks were standing playing around at that. Never again with that location.
