Depressing and disappointing is how I would describe my visit. My burger was smashed and not well built. Actúa all of our burgers were smashed. They were also missing tomatoes. Crew didn’t seem to care and looked like they were irritated by me asking why it was missing a key ingredient. I do not recommend this location. Maybe the manager or supervisor can correct this and make this location a better example of what a Whataburger should be.

slowest place, forgot my fries and didn’t hear me screaming when i was trying to get their attention. they knew they forgot something cause they guy bringing the food out didn’t bring out the people behind me and saw me waiting for him to come out so i can say my fries were forgotten, i yelled at the lady to get her attention and she just kept walking. i spent $20 and those fries are $5 that they stole.

I normally believe this is the best Whataburger in Lubbock, but today it was not very good at all. It took a long time to get the food, then the fries were so tough we could not eat them. The cup of mayo had nasty chili and stuff on the lid, the wrapper on my little girl's burger was suppose to be meat and mayo only but the wrapper had actual onions all over it and also chili. My hamburger had strings for tomatoes. My daughter said her burger even tasted funny. The girl that brought the food to the table informed us very rudely, "if you want ketchup it is on the counter!". It was just bad today!!!

Horrible service. From the managers none the less can't listen to a single thing that's being said to them even after repeatinf the order along with being patient with how many times I had to repeat myself just to get the wrong order anyways now having to get a refund from corporate because management can't fix their mistakes

This location was very clean and organized. The cashier was efficient and the food was prepared quickly. The order was correct and the food was delicious. I will definitely be coming to this location for all my burger and shake needs.Parking: Parking lot was clean and handicap is by the front entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes I did see ramps.

Placed on line order got to place to pick up Raylynn the manager on duty was yelling at her employees and since they were out of salad they refused to give my daughter any part of her order after paying so I called and and Raylnn had the unprofessional attitude to hang up when I told her I paid for the food you owe me my food. As soon as 6AM come around I’m calling Chase the store manager or San Antonio to get this fixed! You cannot have management causing a scene mistreating employees and much less have the same treatment towards customers. I had an employee named Mia apologized to me and I thanked her but she don’t need to be cleaning up the mess Raylynn is making.
