Not long ago a young man named Nate worked there while he was on his break he saw my dog and I walking, he jumped up went inside and came back with a lg cup of water for my dog and I. It’s the only third time coming to whataburger since moving here. I wasn’t impressed since everyone compares it to in and out. I told the young man behind the counter and showed me the new burger that just came out today. And the favorites. Very Pleasant, friendly, polite and with a smile. So I just happened to asked if he tried one of the new ones today he said yes and Thumbs up so I tried it. It was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I want to go back every day to get one. Thank you for the great service. I wish I didn’t throw away my receipt in the restaurant so I could give the gentleman behind the counter a shout out by his name.

This location is only convenient. If it wasn't I would not use this location. The employees just ignore the front counter and only seem to care about the drive thru no matter the time of day. The food is, well, Whataburger so it's good. The fries could use some care, they are always squishy, brown with bruises, and often over salted.

This place has turned into an absolute joke. Waited 35 minutes in line only to finally get our food but be blocked in because they have cars pulling up to wait. The workers inside saw this but thought it was funny and wouldn’t come out to have cars move. Finally got out and home after an hour only to find curly black hairs in our food causing us to trash it.
