Anytime I go breakfast lunch or dinner - the fries/hashbrowns taste and look like they have been sitting there for 5 hours. Wings are soggy. Never give the right sauces and napkin

Several senior couples have gone there for years after our dance . They have rwmodeled it and its terrible now . The tables and chairs are small , there are no booths now . The service was not good and slow , they told the girl.up front to stop.taking orders because the drive thru was backed up .So we waited long timefor our food that we had already ordered . We will not go back . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do something about the NEW tables and chairs that are for children!!! They are too small to be comfortable , we.are.not large people . Next time we eat there we will.move another table to make it longer so we won't be sitting with our shoulders touching trying to eat . Hello CORPORATE are you listening ?

Extremely slow and horrible customer service. Food was cold since it had been sitting on the counter. I used the app for curbside pickup and they had me wait an extra 15 minutes than the estimated time. I had to go in to get the food myself then they blamed me and wouldn’t get me my drink.

I ordered a whataburger junior meal tonight with no onions & regular sized. Somehow I got charged for a Large patty Melt meal with onions. I’ve been trying to call to ask if I can get it replaced tomorrow since it’s already 12:43am and I’m home, however, no answer. Called multiple times. Must be busy

If you like chicken strips that look like they were thrice cooked, hard as a week old biscuit, and make the roof of your mouth sore, then this is the place for you. You best order a double serving of gravy so you can soak them. I haven't had them in 10Yrs, due to the area I relocated to. I think I'm good for the next 20 years. The employees were very nice. No, I didn't complain about the food to them.
