Presented the manager(Carrie) with a offer that was promoted on whataburgers Instagram. Buy medium fries and drink and get free chicken strips. Unfortunately Carrie is unwilling to provide said offer, stating that she can’t do anything. Is disappointing that employees can’t figure out how to provide the best customer service. With managers like this you have to wonder why should you come back if this is the service you will get. LWhataburger, do better.

They don’t know how to read a simple order, no point in placing a mobile order you won’t get it faster anyway or get it made right. I love Whataburger but it’s a joke at this point lmao
Worst store. Been going here for years and they have just gone down hill in the last few. Tried to give them another chance tonight but they failed again. Last time I will try to eat here.

My husband went to this location, after he finished eating, he ordered a Whataburger Jr. to go, for me. He waited 13 min. before asking a lady about it.She brought it out in 3 min. Not sure how long it sat on counter! Coldest burger I have ever had! Awful service,!

Went in late night manager was working the counter had the order out so fast everything was in the bag I like that he asked the employee to double check all condiments requested were in the bag we all have been there get home and something you asked for is missing that was really appreciated this Whataburger one of the best in Lubbock 👍
