My husband went to this location, after he finished eating, he ordered a Whataburger Jr. to go, for me. He waited 13 min. before asking a lady about it.She brought it out in 3 min. Not sure how long it sat on counter! Coldest burger I have ever had! Awful service,!

Got three items out of my order wrong ain’t worth it waiting to get back either.
Went in late night manager was working the counter had the order out so fast everything was in the bag I like that he asked the employee to double check all condiments requested were in the bag we all have been there get home and something you asked for is missing that was really appreciated this Whataburger one of the best in Lubbock 👍
I was over charged. 4.49 instead the price for an egg and cheese for 2.99. Which is why I ORDERED it the way I ordered it. Which when the clerk needed help a manager came by just to over charge me. I also was over charged for egg and cheese biscuit meal. I don't appreciate being over charged. I want a to be compensated for the over charged. I do not fault the new employee that did fantastic. The team lead/ manager was polite but rude and ignored the price difference which is unprofessional conduct towards a customer. Along with biscuits having been out a while and we're hard like a rock, not moist and soft and fresh like it is supposed to be. It made my food even less enjoyable. When food was brought to my table hashbrowns were forgotten. Carol (the skinny girl,Elderly girl) unless she was using a register on someone else's name was delightful. The manager/team lead (larger portioned woman) did not clearly communicate with her staff.
Had to describe people based off of violation of whataburger policy with 0 name tags.
