Food and staff are excellent. They don't have the heat on in the early morning when needed to be for my indoor dining experience. It was 45 with cool temps from the rainy weather we had yesterday. I will not eat inside in the mornings ?

I LOVE THIS WHATABURGER!!!Always have what’s on menu, orders correct, and QUICK employees very friendly !!’ It’s amazing what a difference good management can make!!
This Whataburger is terrible! Take the extra time and go to University or 50th. Grilled onions were charred and the sauces were slopped in the middle with no consideration what so ever. This last visit was a final straw. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

My meal was made sloppy, everything was coming out of my burger once I opened it. Buns were soggy and fry were not made all the way.
First we weren't greeted or asked what we wanted. So I order my food & then she (Aaliyah) asks "Is that all?" when she sees 2 people. Then she doesn't give me our drinks & proceeds to walk off. There was only like 3 tables being occupied.

This has been my favorite Whataburger in Lubbock for years, until recently. Repeatedly, early in the morning, we have encountered a window person who needs retraining at the least. The wait times are two or three times longer than previously, and 4 out of 5 times he has gotten the drink size wrong, despite the ticket charging us the larger size we requested. The food was wrong three of those times as well. The gentleman in question is friendly enough, but it is readily apparent that he is easily overwhelmed.
