The quality of service has gone down dramatically over the last six months or so. I went back to this store for the first time in about a month and remembered why we started going to the one on 82nd Street. Food is still good, service atrocious.

I visit this location through the drive through at least once a month, and have never experienced any issues. Granted, we typically do a late lunch between 1-2pm, so not during peak times.

Went in today around 350pm and ordered a number 5 everything on it with extra cheese. When got home and opened it there was no bacon, no tomatoes,no onion,and no extra cheese. I called up there to complain but the lady acts like it no big deal. All the workers are too busy talking about stupid shit instead of paying attention to the orders this isn't the first time this has happened.

The employee that was taking the orders inside was nice but he seemed to maybe be new. He kept walking away to ask questions. My husband didn't receive his meal he only received his fries. My fries were soggy and salty probably from sitting to long after being made. My chicken was barely warm and dehydrated from being pre-made too long. The vegetables on sandwich were wilted and the lettuce had black around the edges. We did talk to the manager who took a while to come out of his office. He was nice and he did correct the issues.
We decided to give this location another shot. The only problem was the vegetables again! They were sparse other than the onions, they loaded them up we didn't order extra onions. They burnt my buns.

Don’t try the drive through on weekends at this location, line wrapped around the building for at least an hour, lucky to get food in under 20 minutes. Only one lane open as usual. Not sure why even have two lanes, they never have the other one going. Amazing how slow it is considering you only serve like one thing. You know burgers? 😂

This location is not our normal go to which is being remodeled. We went for breakfast. We were greeted when we entered. That was good. We stepped up to order and the young lady took my wife’s order. She ordered a cinnamon roll and a BOB with sausage meal. I told the young lady I wanted the same thing. When the order came out it was missing a cinnamon roll. It was not on the receipt that there should have been 2. I’m not sure what she thought I meant when I said I want the same thing. While we were eating an order was taken out to a drive through waiting and she came in saying she had no hash browns. Another guy came in from the drive through and had to get ketchup. Our food was great. It seems like the employees need a tune up on checking orders before they go out and listening when people order. It’s frustrating to pay what it costs for fast food and they cannot get anything right. You can have the best food in town but these mistakes will keep people from coming back.

We waited in line for 20 minutes and ordered a simple cheese burger and tenders, both meals and they didn’t give us fries at all, we paid $26 for two large meals and NO fries

Came in and everything was on point. Went 8n and order my #13 to go. Wash up in powder room and bam, my product was sitting there on the table waiting for me...Today the staff was fire...Highly recommend this location.

Rude drive thru employee. Entire interaction was just unprofessional. Not sure if there is a shortage of employees or what the issue is but this particular employee does not need to be assigned to take orders and ruin peoples day (Zyro or something similar was his name)
