Fired chicken sandwich had been sitting under a heat lamp for I don't know how long. Third try finally got something fresh. Fries had lots of tiny pieces, which also means lazy. Very clean inside, but parking lot has so much oil on it that we looked like we were skipping back to the car. The store is less than 10 years old in a pretty new part of town.

My family and I were treated sooo poorly by the drive thru staff, ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO TAKE OUR CASh! Our total was $30 and they couldn’t break a $50! Then when I asked the girl I r he driveway why she couldn’t cash it she straight up told me I wasn’t about to talk to her like that, proceeded to keep my $50 until we honked like crazy and knocked on the window and just then gave us h back our money then the girl k t he window flipped us off!!! I proceeded to call the manager and talk to them about what happened and the manager straight up hung up on me, I have the entire convo recorded, it was the absolute worst case of terrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!

This Whataburger location has really gone downhill. The front counter is consistently unattended, and the wait times for food are unreasonably long. Definitely disappointing compared to what it used to be.

Order the new blaze burger but wanted a single patty. She says we can make it a Jr burger. I asked if it will still be made a the blaze. She says yes. Guess what I got? A regular stupid Jr burger. Nothing on it. I'm so pissed. Paid the the extra to get nothing.

The food I had was ridiculously good. The hot apple was great, the shake was great. I've never eaten here before bc I'm a vegetarian. Everyone was very nice, & the service was outstanding.

Food is what you expect. Normally pretty good food. This location will take about an hour to get your food even if you order for pick up or drive thru. Staff has an attitude like they don't want to work there, or at all. Not the cleanest place.

Went through the drive thru...the coffee was old coffee, smelled disgusting. They didn't give us any sugar or creamers, no forks or butter for the pancakes. We asked for those things, but didn't get them. We had to drive back home to eat. Threw out the coffee and made some at home. We were on our way out of town. Really inconvenient. Very disappointed. Didn't bother going back. They were nice, but not efficient. Not cool, Whataburger.

This place is hands down one of the best places to grab a quick bite to eat. They have fast and friendly service, that's always on point. Best Whataburger in Lubbock!

Ordered curbside. Order came out 25 minutes late. Due to numerous orders being wrong, I checked em this time. Order was 100% incorrect. Called from the parking lot to have it remade. Waited another 20 minutes. Order still wrong. Nearly every order from this location we’ve received in the last two years is always wrong to the put I’ve started disputing the charges on my bank account. They sell you something then don’t give you what you pay for, then don’t care. Always check your food, be prepared to call your bank to dispute. They won’t start caring until it hits their pockets.

We came in at 7:02, July 10th. Much to our surprise, there was no drive thru line or anyone at all in the lobby. We ordered our food and it took 30 minutes to get it to us with zero people ahead of us waiting. The staff was constantly on their cellphones and I got up about 25 mins in to check on our order. The girl at the counter had attitude and went back and “checked on our order”. When we finally got our food, the onion rings were burned and looked damn near chocolate colored, which means they either overcooked them intentionally or they haven’t changed the oil in a week or more. The green chili burger I ordered didn’t taste right. Both me and my wife got sick about 4 hours after eating there and are still sick today. It sure seems like they gave us bad food intentionally. We won’t be back and we will sure let folks know about our experience. I don’t deal with management that allows staff to neglect customers by sitting on their phones and then making us sick after we wanted to know why we had to wait 30 mins with no one ahead of us.
