Ordered a junior burger with a large water they were charging me $3.00 for a large water. When I told them no thank you they then wanted to give it to me and I said no thank you I'll go to Sonic where it only costs me $.69.

If you are picking up a mobile order I would triple check it before leaving. I ordered a bacon bob and they gave me sausege, I asked for ranch with my chicken strips received gravy, they NEVER provide ketchup. 8 out of 10 times my order has been wrong. This whataburger is closest to where I live so my family uses it when we want Whataburger. It is just frustrating expecting one thing and constantly getting another.

The woman who took my order was excellent! Nice smile and friendly. I got there right after the lunch rush and that might have had something to do with this next part, but it was disappointing. The burger was cold, buns never heated at all. And the fries were cold and stiff - very unWhataburger-like. I have always Whataburger best, but another experience like that and I’m gone.

I love Whataburger but I cannot give them 5 stars right now. They have taken my order wrong more than once. The prickly pear raspberry drink was not available because they froze it. Hopefully next time I go it's better. I'm rooting for them.
