I live in Kansas now and visited to my hometown and got to try Wienerschnitzel again for the first time in years. It was fantastic and hits the same as it did 10 years ago. I love their chili cheese burger and was excited to get to try their limited time Cotton candy shake! I bought a second one on the way home. 🥰😂

I’m usually not a big fan of Wienerschnitzel, but once I started going to this one I absolutely loved it! Everybody here is so kind, food is delish and the music they play is great!! I definitely recommend going to this wienerschnitzel!

The customer service was exceptional! Although I didn’t catch her name, the lady who assisted us made my family and me feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was perfectly cooked, and the entire store was spotless, creating a wonderful dining experience.

I ordered food from this location for lunch today and the wrong order came. They were supposed to send a new order back out. I never received it. I've called DoorDash to get a refund and DoorDash said I needed to call wienerschnitzels since I ordered through their app. I called wienerschnitzel back and they can't issue a refund till tomorrow morning. They want me to come in. I cannot come in as I work from home and do not have a car. Also the lady I spoke to at the wienerschnitzel's was rude and I will never take my business there again.
I called DoorDash again. They told me they refunded the amount back to the store. I called the store again and they can't give me a refund they said they don't have any information says I got the refunded. And when I asked them to call doordash as requested by DoorDash wienerschnitzel's said they can't call DoorDash cuz they don't have their number. And then they threaten to call the police cuz I kept calling them and they hung up on me several times. Where is customer service. I asked him where is customer service he said it's not our responsibility. What a company.

I ordered 2 chilli cheese dogs and a large drink. I get to the window and was handed a huge bag. I immediately pushed it back to the guy at the window named Angel that this was wrong in which he said to keep them and pushed the bag back to me I gave him back my cc because he charged me $35 for 10 hot dogs I handed my card back to get a refund but instead he charged me another $31 dollars. I didn’t realize this until I got home. I called spoke to a manager named Mike said if I would come back before 9 he’d fix it. I handed him both receipts explaining what happened. He refunded the $35 only. I called him the next day to tell him I would come up there to be refund the $31 and then to pay for my correct order. He told me no it had been processed and nothing he could do plus Angel from the window said I took off with the 10 hot dogs. I called several times Mike the manager was rude and if I didn’t get to talk to him I was hung up on. They stole my money!!! I will get it back. The owner needs to know what his employees are doing and how they are treating customers. I’m pressing charges against them for theft and have a family member who’s a lawyer. I’m going to sue for harassment theft and emotional distress. All I wanted was to do things the right way. This location will be closed soon. I also contacted the Corporate location and the Better business bureau. Mike you are about to lose your job. Should not be a manager when you don’t know how. Poor owners
