06/19/25- April sure made our first time eating at this location an excellent experience. The food was hot, fresh and full of flavor! I even picked up a can of Weinersnitchel chili to take home. Super clean dining room and bathroom. Great job guys!!
I ordered food inside the store and waited for 15 minutes for my order. When it was finally brought out to me, the fries were cold. I asked if I could get fresh fries, but the girl told me I would have to wait until they finished with the drive-thru orders. Eventually, I received my fries, but by the time I got home, all of my food was cold from sitting out.
I called the store to ask if I could have my food remade or receive a refund. I explained that my food hadn't been touched and that I would bring it back. The owner, Lisa, denied my request for a refund and has been ignoring my calls since then. I spent a lot of money for a family of four, only for the food to end up being thrown in the trash. I wish I could give this place no stars.
