Absolutely NO ONE was wearing gloves out of the 4 people working with food. Person than handled my card never washed her hands when going back to handle food! It’s disgusting! UnsanitaryI asked for sweet tea. They gave me unsweetened. I had let them know that there was no sugar and she said what??? Thinking I’m lying as I’m giving her the cup back. Smh

I got hungry late last night. I have some coupons and cut two out. Ordered 2 polish sandwiches and chili cheese fries. Got home ate one sandwich and some fries. They were still warm, tasted great as usual, no matter when I order I am I am aways treated kindly. Everyone works good together. This is my go to place for fast, hot, good food. Friendly service. Apparently they don’t like to take orders at night time. Sat at the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken. The car behind me was getting annoyed. No one ever answered so said “hello” still no answer so pulled forward. A girl who just clocked out and was walking out went ahead and took my order (just a Dr Pepper??♀️). Asked her if the speaker wasn’t working and she said it was. Looked inside to see if anyone had a headset on and both the other employees did? A black lady had a headset on and a Mexican guy? (Didn’t get their names) Ridiculous and just LAZY. If you don’t like your job quit. Takes 2 sec to pour a Dr. Pepper. People should be fired immediately for stuff like this. These are the people that want more than minimum wage too.???♀️ Put 2 stars because I don’t have problems with the day time workers.6/01/2023 at 11:27pm

Der.scusting...had a polish sandwich...terrible tasting sausage was old n shriveled up. No cheese no mustard...totally
Sooo asking because I know I'm not being crazy if I am someone let me know...I went to Wienerschnitzel on 34th asked for a bacon ranch chili cheese fries and some drinks I watched this woman from the drive thru make my food with no gloves then I asked the man for some fresh cut onions which he also picked up with his bare hands and served it to me....I didn't eat it..I've been in fast food for awhile up until this year and all the places I've worked we wear gloves while prepping, making, and serving food I called the manager just to make her aware..and she told me her restaurant have a paper that says they don't have to wear gloves and that they have signs all around the store stating this which I didn't see one sign she said when covid hit yes they wore gloves but after it settled down they aren't wearing them anymore and I'm like what?!?! And that they have actually contracts and papers stating they don't have to wear gloves and that the man who served my onions shouldn't have made them with his bare hands and that they sanitize and clean repeatedly and I'm like I don't know that how do you know they are keeping up with such terms as well and if he's not allowed to serve my onions with his bare hands why should any of my other food be?? Does anyone know about this supposed contract? Or am I trippen?? I honestly wont go there imo I don't think anyone else should either but I didn't eat the food I didn't make I fuss but I did let the manager know and this is what I was told....

Literally was at the drive through just now, trying to decide what we wanted. An African American employee came out the back door looked our direction and went back in. Who ever was about to take our order said something as if responding to another employee about us. My daughter said your microphone is on, and he responded excuse me. There was one car behind us, we was clueless as to why we were being rushed when we had not been there long.. but we drove off and went to the university location..

Went in made my order was charged $21.62 total got home Levelland Tx, noticed they did not place the 4 chili dogs that was charged to me @2.29 a pop for a total price of $9.16 for 4 chili dogs. Bad service go at your own risk, fair warning.
