The food and service here is great! We were visiting Lubbock from Tuesday until Thursday, and discovered this place while out exploring on Saturday. They were close to closing but still had ribs and chicken which were both great. Decided to return Sunday to try the beef sandwiches which the server told us the day before were the best but tend to sell out early. So glad we did! Okra is a must as well. On our way out today for the journey back home we stopped for lunch - cheese...

This was my first time trying this place & it definitely won’t be the last! I got the 2 meat plate with sausage & chopped beef. The portions were huge & everything was delicious!

Best barbecue ever!I would drive all the way across Texas, or even further to eat here.I get such a great feel good feeling from their barbecue.You don't even need teeth to eat the slice beef.Awesome Fantastic Marvelous barbecued beef!I like the way the serrano peppers are prepared.???
