Still waiting to hear from Corporate about the lovely chicken FUR or feathers found in our BLASPHEMOUS Wings. Kept getting told we would receive a call and crickets. Never eating here again. The wait is ridiculous. Management will do little to nothing for people who refuse to drive 2 hours to be let down again in person. Wasn't even refunded the meal. No one was held responsible and the only option was to come in for whatever credit they offer. Thank you for the "amazing customer service." 👍

We came here for the first time and we will not be back. The boneless wings were overcooked and greasy and the bone in wings had no flavor and were suppose to be buffalo. Beyond being overcooked and lacking flavor it took about 45 min to get our food. The staff wasn’t very attentive and although the restaurant only had a few tables, previous tables weren’t being cleaned as the staff was more concerned with hanging out with each other. Seems very poorly managed. We didn’t finish our meal and for the money spent was definitely not worth it.

The TV volume was very loud. Manager corrected and apologized. Our food took forever and arrived at the table entrees hot fries cold and one item missing. We were finished eating when the tacos arrived so they went in a to go box, the fries were refused. We live 2 hours away and chose Wing Daddy's from all Lubbock options. I'm not sure we will again

3/1/25 extremely busy so expected a bit of a wait but not over an hour after ordering (saw tables leave before receiving food as well). Waitresses were bickering with each other and clearly having a rough night as well. We decided to wait it out, mistake. I ordered the cauliflower wings… ended up with a chicken piece mixed in. Luckily I didn’t swallow it but still made me sick, server and manager half heartedly apologized and took it off the bill. Unconcerned and half hearted apologies for a serious issue that can and did make someone sick. So if food allergies or avoidances I would steer clear.
The entire place smells like spilled and rotten beer. Super pungent.
The bar needs a deep clean.

My family and I arrived at 7:20, at 7:50, after reminding the waitress I haven't got my drink, I went to the bar to check status. It was never entered and I needed to talk to my server. So I did. At 8:10 I was brought a warm beer. At 8:30 we checked the status on our order as it seemed noone was getting their food. The server said 5 minutes. At 8:40, tired and hungry we explained we would tab out on what we had on our table (an appetizer and drinks) the waitress brings back a ticket for all of our food we hadn't recieved. I explained we had been there for over and hour and Togo orders were the only things coming out of the kitchen. At 8:50 she brought our tab and the food came out. We declined the food though they did in fact offer to bag it up and comp it. The issue is, it shouldn't take 1.5 hours to get really expensive wings and a beer . We won't be going back

Family has been here more than a few times. Service is dependent on which gal you get and how their attitude is for the shift.
Bone-In Wings are absolutely amazing, like the best in town, but the lemon pepper Always has a ton of oil in the bottom. It’s kind of gross.
Tv Commercials are super loud when games are on. Prices are nice. These pics were from two separate visits.
