Good food. Nice clean place.

My food took about an hour and fifteen minutes. I was never contacted with an update. The estimated delivery time when I received my receipt email was 11:15 and I did not receive my food until about 11:55. I attempted to call the store but got a busy signal repeatedly. Eventually, I called and chose option 1 instead, as if I needed to place an order. Well, it turns out those calls are routed to Indian call centers now. The person who answered transferred me to somebody else, either at another call center or possibly at the store. I'm not sure which. Well, now I've been on hold with that second person for forty minutes. He purposely put me on hold and left me there and never came back to the call. I already received the food now and I am just waiting to ask him why he left me on hold. The food was all terrible. It had obviously been made when I ordered and then sat for over 30 minutes before somebody could take it out for delivery. Everything was cold. Everything tasted horrible. I tried the Cheez-It Pizza thing but I got one with only cheese instead of the one with cheese and pepperoni that I ordered. The wings had almost no sauce on them and were gross because they sat in their own steam for so long. The battered part on the outside was slimy and not crunchy because it had sat in its own steam so long. The cheese sticks were colder than the marinara they were served with. Everything about this experience was terrible and I had no way to even try to talk to a manager at the store because their phone number repeatedly gave me a busy signal. By the way, I'm still on hold with this call center (perhaps?) and this phone call is at 50 minutes. Seriously, how could Pizza Hut possibly think that outsourcing this service to a call center would be a good idea? This is the most ridiculous experience I've ever had with food delivery. I can't imagine ever ordering from Pizza Hut again knowing now that I wouldn't even be able to get ahold of my local store if I needed to. I've worked in a call center before and there is no way this guy would let his call time get so high. He would have, at the worst, just hung up on me instead. I'm fairly certain now that this was the local store that put me on hold and left me there on purpose. So, this is what will happen when you have an issue, folks. They will simply put you on hold and leave you there, hoping you just hang up and give up yourself. This is the most extreme example of absolutely deliberately terrible customer service that I have seen in years. The person who purposely put me on hold should definitely not have a job there any longer. I've now been on hold for an hour.

This was the first time I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut for a large group. But it won't be the last. I placed a large order for over 40 people, and everything was perfect.The staff loved it. It was perfectly made, from t he pizza, to breadsticks, to the Cinnabons. My biggest fear was that it wouldn't be here on time since the store opens an hour prior to the delivery but the delivery was on time. I have nothing but good things to say. We will be using you again. Thank you, from the Camping World Staff.

They tell you to save money online but online is not taking orders tonight because there's too much snow on the road, don't waste your time, the online is just a joke they won't see my money ever again, I paid full pop and they still didn't get it right, I'll stick with the "other guys" from here on out.

The night manager named Nick was the rudest, most hateful person I have ever dealt w he refused to make my food the way I wanted it then HUNG up on me!!! I will never give this Pizza Hut business or my money until he is fired!!!
