They are rude here at this store. The cashier always has an attitude. Is very rude. When wanting to order. Or they are always closed. Or always do not have help. Many like and love there wings especially me. But it seems they only want to hook up their homies. Many times when we do come and they are open the only want to serve their homies. Outsiders that are customers can can not purchase any. Or they make difficult to order. When they first started they were great.but now They are rude and try to find away not to make your wings. Or the cook is always missing. I hate to say this. I hate to report this. But also when I try to call they also do not want to answer their phone. But they will say they were busy helping another customer. When they never answer. They lost my interest. I have to other ones outside of Lubbock and you get treated a whole lot better. It's sad here.

I worked for fast food and shit before so I know what old fries look like...these seem like they neen sitting out over night and put in the oil!!! And thr meat isn't really cooked fully through...come on now get better at this.

ya know. when you’re out of drink carriers, you should probably try helping
your customer the most you can. when i asked for a box to help carry these and was told no, that’s bullshit considering you’re a whole business that i know has boxes in the back.

I stopped coming to this location a few years ago because of poor service. Its the closest to my office so today I decided to give them another chance. Food was PERFECT! I would always have issues with missing items or things like extra seasoning on my fries but today they knocked it out of the park! Thank you Leandra and Sierra! Because of you I will be back!
