Worst customer service!! They couldn’t take a 100 dollar bill and my total was over 60 dollars!!??♀️ And then shorted me change!! And still got my order wrong!! I just took my food and left!!?

We placed an order and were told that it couldn't be delivered so I canceled the order and asked for a refund. It's a week later and still no refund. I've called multiple times and always get hung up on. Y'all should be ashamed of the customer service that's being given.

Walked in and there were 10 customers and there was only one person working in the kitchen. The rest of the staff were in the back talking with no regard to the customers. There were at least 7 bags sitting in the designated carryout area. The food was terrible. The fries were limp and mushy. They forgot a 10pc corn in my 100$ order. That alone was 10$. I called and they were rude and hung up on me and refused to help .I called back and was immediately put on hold. The manager refused to speak to me. Waited 20 mins to even be helped. Terrible experience, terrible food, and terrible establishment. Will never go back again and I hope it gets shut down.

The online ordering system is down, so it says to call in. Once you call in it specifically asks you if you want to place an order over the phone. Then they say we can’t place an order lol.

The food here is never cooked all the way through. Fries, wings and dipping sauce just never right. Old oil is used to cook the food and you can taste it when you bite into the food. Management is never helpful even when you bring the food back in to them to have the fix it they literally refried the fries I brought back into them.

I love the food atmosphere great, just one issue my boyfriend can not order with his bank card. And trickles because his children live out of town and can't have your wings.
I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing combo with well done fries. The portion size was pathetically small and the fries were underdone.

When you order your food, make sure you ask for triple or quadruple the sauce if not, you’ll get a spit of sauce on each one of your wings.If I asked for light sauce it would make sense.
